Ordered the limited edition french dip thru doordash. Au Jus leaked all in the bag, meat was grizzly. The meat didn't even cover the whole roll. Very disappointed for $18 for the large sandwich. Flavor was good but I've had much better sandwiches here and I most definitely have had better french dips pretty much everywhere I've had them.

I placed an online order for pickup, but my food was not ready at the scheduled time. Despite five employees being on shift, there was zero sense of urgency. When my order was finally brought out, I checked my sandwich for accuracy (as it is almost always made incorrectly) and, unfortunately, my suspicion was correct. The sandwich was missing lettuce and onion. When I brought this up, the employee handed me a bowl of lettuce and four onion slices, as if I should assemble it myself. If I wanted to make my own sandwich, I wouldn’t have ordered from here.
Additionally, when I asked for an extra pickle, I was given a single, tiny slice. The second sandwich I ordered was also thrown together carelessly and presented in a very messy way. Overall, extremely disappointing experience.

I ordered pickup and I love firehouse. My only issue is the the lettuce, tomato and onion were placed on the bottom of the sandwich so when I tried to pick it up to eat the bread was stuck to the paper and so I didn't hav3 bread for the bottom

I’ve been to it at least a dozen different fire houses of the past year or so and by far these were the most miserable employees I’ve dealt with. Please either train them to be friendly or get them out of Customer Service immediately. For goodness sakes, don’t be wearing AirPods while working with customers. I can’t believe I even have to say that.
