Today I had the worst service I've had after eating here many times. The server spent most of her time at a table next to ours because they were her friends. Even had someone else go check on and deliver our food. Sat down at there table with them and took a couple bites of food. One of the times she was seated at the table with her friends someone from one of her other tables had to call for her because they needed something. The restaurant was very busy today. We waited almost 40 minutes for a table. I think it is super disrespectful that the server was more focused on her friends. The food was ok today but the service definitely disappointed.

Great selection of unique sandwiches and tasty soups. The staff can be friendly and attentive, but it seems each day is a bit unpredictable. This time our server we awesome but the next table had a sever with an attitude. Still worth a visit though.

I went to this location today to have a nice breakfast. It was ok at best. The potatoes were burnt and eggs Benedict had onions too thick on it . My main issue would be that 20 minutes into being served and starting to eat my server brought my receipt without asking if I needed anything else or checking how the food really was for me. I’ll be back and maybe then they will change my mind. I have been here before might I add and the same order didn’t come out this way.

My server, Haley, went above and beyond today. I saw a shelf in your store and I wanted to know how it was hung. She took my phone into the server area and took several photos at different angles so I could see how it was made. I eat here two or three times a month, and other stores when travel. All of the staff have been great in all locations. I am a little bias! This is home! Also, all of the locations that I have been in, have the mark of a great resturaunt. LONG TERM EMPLOYEES.
FYI: I have spent 35 years in the institutional chemical business. I may be a little bias because this store is located where I live, but I do not leave messages except where I find, extraordinary service and food.
