I've seen First Watch at home and was curious. Finally had a chance to go in Tennessee. Our first experience was AMAZING!!! From the food to the customer service, everything was great. I hope my experience back home will be just as amazing. We had the Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl, BlackBerry Lemon Cream French Toast, Chicken Apple Sausage, French Toast, Kid's Chocolate chip pancakes with Turkey sausage. Everything was delicious especially the Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl. It has the right amount of kick and the tortilla chips are made fresh. The lemon curd on the blackberry French toast was the best I've ever tasted. Loved everything about First Watch.

Simple yet has its own flair. The fact that they have a huge chalkboard to let customers know their seasonal items it's definitely appreciated. My husband and I go there when we want to go without the kids. While this is a brunch spot with kid options, I wouldn't see my son wanting Multigrain carrot pancakes. Everything is curated with an adult in mind. The food quality is flavorful and a healthier option (hint hint). I always order an assortment, but 90% has either a fruit or veggie component. 110% recommend this place if you want to try something new, healthier, or to take your tastebuds on a journey.Vegetarian options: They have veggies is a good portion of the menu and substitutions can be made.Dietary restrictions: They have the option to omit certain items and replace it with something else. Just ask.Parking: Parking is shared with other businessesKid-friendliness: They have a small kids menu, but mainly, this is if the adults are trying to think about what they want for breakfast and the kids have the basic breakfast option.

The food at this location wasn’t good. I threw away 80% of my meal.. I ate the eggs the pancakes and the fruit wasn’t good. I am disappointed in First Watch. The meals at other locations is GREAT…

I always have a pleasant experience dining in at First Watch. The food is very tasty and the servers are always friendly. The dining area has rustic and unique decorations. I recommend going very early or when it's less busy. It can get very crowded very quickly!

Ordered takeout breakfast; ??????the breakfast was not hot??♀️everything was lukewarm; then on top of that, eating a pancake on recycled cardboard is just tasteless?????I gss restaurants are “trying” to save the planet/earth; Bt Not the way to package takeout breakfast/or a pancake!?Lesson Learned today Sat.12/23/2023 Won’t be ordering breakfast “to go” from 1st Watch!
