Ordered online an hour and a half before I would pick up my order. I get to this five guys (Smyrna TN) and my order was not ready. Mind you I gave them an hour and half heads up and what time I would be picking up. I only get a half hour for lunch. Drive there was 10 mins. Ended up waiting 20 mins for my order. Late for work.

The experience was disappointing. The lead employee was rude and dismissive when we raised a concern. The food was mediocre—cheese wasn’t melted, fries weren’t fresh, and seasoning was almost nonexistent. The drinks tasted completely artificial. Not worth it.

Wow...how they are expensive. Even the food not that much testing..I had great experience when I was DMV..but now..not really good.
Will never step foot in give guys until they get rid of that stupid touch screen to order.It doesn't work half the time,elderly people will NEVER understand how to use this,,,you have employees standing around doing Nothing instead of taking orders for your customers!!!!!
