Every time I go here my order is wrong, I have no idea why I go back at all. I’ll wait a few months to see if anything changes cuz the food isn’t bad, but the service is absolutely terrible. Thank god there are other options in that area now.

I normally love the food but this burger is so salty it’s inedible. I tried eating it from the other end and it’s still disgusting 🤮 how salty it is.

I don’t complain a lot but my bun was wet? I ordered my food online and picked it up in 10 minutes, the food was already cold and the fries were all over the bag. That was whatever but then I tried to eat my burger and the bun was wet but not from sauce. You can see in the video that the sauce was all over the bun but one edge was wet like it was sitting in water

Everything IS WONDERFUL! Every time I get Freddy's it's always so good! 10/10 would recommend!

I was standing in the lobby at least 10 mintues to order. At that time, the store wasn't busy. I saw only 3 customers dining in. Not worth to waste my time standing in the lobby awkwardly.

Ordered a combo meal, when I opened it when I got home, the burger was a mess, it was barely warm and they didn't give me but a few cheese curds. Normally I have great experiences here but those was not one

No Pepsi products in stock while it is on their menu. The only drinks were tea, water, and Dr. Pepper. The food was nothing to write home about.

TOO DAMN SALTY AND SOGGY. we haven’t gone there in two years cause it all was over salted and soggy af. Went last night and it’s the same. Ugh. Nope.
