My total was $25.99 so I handed the person $31 expecting a $5 and a penny back. It took me almost 14 minutes to get my change back. The person could not add or subtract. The person kept giving me $4 ones and a penny. It took me over ten minutes to convince them it was wrong. I've never seen anything like it. The country is doomed. Our food was cold by the time we got out of there. I will not return.

Really love these steakburgers- they don't have these near where I live, so next time I'm back in TN- I will be sure to stop by for a burger! Really great place- try the tater-tots!

I just came through the drive-through told the worker no onions they still put onions on my food. I could’ve died but seriously though

I really can't comment on the food because we couldn't get that far! We ordered 2 combo meals and 2 shakes and they couldn't get the order right after 3 attempts. They attempted to charge us over $40.00 the first time and each time they rang in the meals it was a different amount. There was a cashier training that was left alone to fumble without help. Finally a manager came over and apparently found it comical because she was smirking. I stated that she wasn't doing her new hire any favors by not properly training him! The 3rd attempt the rung in order was still wrong so we just said forget it! If they can't get the order correct I wasn't in a big rush to see how the food was going to turn out. I will chalk this one up to an abysmal failure!!

I dont know why yall are fast food when tbe food takes forever to prepare through the drive thru. Second time again. Last time I didnt even have anyone in front or behind me and they are taking just as long and if not more. Ridiculous
