This Hardee’s runs efficiently and consistently. Ordering through the app has been flawless—every order is accurate, fully customizable, and there are always discounts available, so I never pay full price.
The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Staff is courteous, professional, and keeps things moving. Even though mobile orders are labeled as to-go, I’ve been able to sit and eat inside without any issue. Food is served hot and fresh.

Went in drive thru and ordered 10 chicken strips. The girl charged 13.00 and I asked why did I not get them for 9.99 like the sign says and all she done was shrug her shoulders at me. So I told her to get the manager and he fixed it. Than I get home and they are not strips they look like chicken strips pieces. There was not a whole strip in the box. Never again for this Hardee's. I keep trying to give them chances but this is the 3rd time my order has been messed up.

Have ordered on the mobile app twice this past week and both times they are clueless when getting there. Couldn't find the order the first time taking easily another 5 minutes when it was just sitting on the counter and the second time they even said that the order had already been picked up and then the manager magically found it unfulfilled on the line. Teach your folks how to accommodate mobile/online orders like any other transaction please.

Absolutely the best service I've had in a while! Janesha was a ROCKSTAR! I've never met someone so friendly. The food was very hot and fresh. We ordered tenders and the new candied bacon Frisco sandwich! The lobby was very clean and smelled awesome when we walked in! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU HARDEE'S AND JANESHA!
