Tried stopping around 11:30a on a Wednesday. Long, long wait just to sit. Only saw two waiters. Looking into the dining room from the lobby I saw a lot of empty tables with dirty dishes. No hostess around. Either short staff accidentally or on purpose. Clearly, it would have been a poor experience so we finally left for a much better service restaurant.

Even tho I ordered a TBone but the server brought out Steak tips. I just keep the order and ate that along with my Eggs and pan cakes. The food was still good šš½

Took 20 minutes to get seated after they said it would be 5. Once seated took 10 minutes to get our drink+food order. The drinks had stuff all over, we asked for napkin took them 20 minutes. Took an hour to get our food 90% of it was cold. Waiter constly ignored us trying to get his attention, took 20 minutes to get our check. A trip that should have took us a hour max took us almost 2 hrs.

we went around 8pm tonight. it was not busy and they had two or three servers working. once we were sat it took 5+ minutes for our server to greet us. after we ordered, our food took forever to come. iām a waitress so i get it but there was two other tables there? and to/gos looked pretty empty by the sight of it but whatever. i donāt really care about poor table service UNTIL! i asked for gluten free pancakes, and when she brought them out i said āthese donāt look gf, are you sure?ā she assured me that they were. less than half way through my meal i already knew they were NOT gluten free! and i got a side of sausage, it was cold and not thoroughly cooked. guys i get having an off night but now iām sick and still hungry. i didnāt even want to pay for my glutinous pancakes and raw sausage but i just paid, tipped and got food on my way home :( cmon ihop
Great service and food but a little smaller portions from before but higher prices than before. Also, this location does tend to be higher than other Ihops so something to keep in mind. Their great service does make up for it though.
My omelet was burnt, my waitress did not come over even after I asked for her twice. I had to say no loudly when she asked another table if everthing was ok. The manager did not come to speak with me and told my waitress to tell me to just go when I asked for my check to pay for my sausage.

Really disappointed in my experience here. This location has continued to decline. When we got there we werenāt greeted at all and just ignored by the woman at the front. Once the older lady got us seated our server was not the friendliest. We waited about 45 minutes just to get our order taken and when she finally did she was not even paying attention to what we were saying and had to keep asking what it was we ordered. She did not even write our order down so when she came out with the food my husbands order was completely wrong. She was completely spaced out the whole time and didnāt look like she wanted to be there. The food quality is below average as well and the floors were sticky and dirty and there were multiple tables that hadnāt been cleaned off since before we were even seated. Prices have gone up and quality/ service has gone down. Do better IHOP.

During our visit, we nearly froze. I went to the car to get more layers, to put on. Their HVAC wasnāt working. I think they shouldāve gave everyone, that dined in, that day a discount. It was VERY cold. I wanted to leave, but my children wanted to stay. Disappointed!

Not bad. Not great either. Wait staff all appeared tired and unhappy. Food was cooked well and drinks were attended to. Waitress was familiar and friendly. A few forced smiles. But effort was given and that rang true to me. Hard workers are hard to find, management shouldn't abuse them.
