I’ve been coming for years and have never had a bad experience until today. It was pouring down raining so I passed the drive-through and went straight to the window to pick up my app order. The young lady took forever to come to the window, when she finally came to the window she had an attitude, she stated to me that I passed the window and then she said what do you need😳 I explained to her it was pouring down raining, and there’s nothing covering my window, so I chose to come under the closed area and the drive-through window to pick up my order, I even apologized. She continue to be dismissive and go back-and-forth with me about my name in order,smh She went and grabbed my order, came back and gave me the bag with one napkin. When I open the bag, I realize that it was leaking out the side and that I needed some more napkins to keep it from leaking through the bag once I opened it and tried to fix the lid. Well, I sit at the window for at least 2 1/2 minutes waiting on her to come back and asked me if I needed anything else, SMH once I honk the horn and got her attention, she pulled up in the window and gave me a very disrespectful and irritated look. I said can I have some napkins please because this is spilling, she looked at me and said your windshield wipers are getting me wet, I stated to her I’ve been sitting here with my window down, and I have water from the mist in the background from the rain, coming in my window, I’m sorry the rain is bothering you … The fact that my Bowl was even a soup versus an actual fruit bowl is still just a shocking. I come too often and spend too much money for this to be my experience. My food even taste nasty and was good AT ALL… I understand the young lady was probably not in the mood to be at work, but out of that whole staff, She was the first one to make me rethink coming back to this location as a customer. She needs better training and a better attitude when dealing with the public.

Post the correct prices on your drive thru menu. The customer should not have to get to the window and expecting to pay a certain price and be given a different price.

When you pay 9.00 for a smoothie you expect it to be completely blended. Some frozen fruit left at the bottom

I’ve had a few bad experiences here on Sam Ridley.. they are always out of something. I stop coming here for a while . I stop to get a breakfast bowl this morning and they are out of bananas… I ask for a receipt and they can’t give receipts right now…. I live in this neighborhood so I like to support businesses here but I will go back to making my own bowls at home.

Terrible service. Manager very rude. Ordered Large pomegranate and no lid then ordered a small waffle and it was burnt on one side. I went back to drive thru to return waffle they just left me sitting there while they were on cell phones so I had to go in to get my money back and the manager rolled her eyes at me. I will never go to this location ever again.

My first visit to Jamba Juice in Smyrna, TN left me with positive impressions right from the start. The ample parking and clean surroundings set the stage for a pleasant experience. Stepping inside, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and continued cleanliness, which further added to my initial impression.Opting for the Aloha Pineapple and Caribbean Passion smoothies, I was not disappointed. Both selections were flavorful and satisfying, showcasing the quality ingredients Jamba Juice is known for. However, I did notice that it took a bit longer than expected for the employees to prepare my order. While this was a minor inconvenience, the deliciousness of the smoothies made up for the wait.Despite the slight delay, I wholeheartedly recommend this Jamba Juice location, especially for its fantastic smoothie offerings. The clean environment and ample parking only enhance the overall experience, making it a worthwhile visit for anyone in the mood for a refreshing treat.
