Terrible service. Manager very rude. Ordered Large pomegranate and no lid then ordered a small waffle and it was burnt on one side. I went back to drive thru to return waffle they just left me sitting there while they were on cell phones so I had to go in to get my money back and the manager rolled her eyes at me. I will never go to this location ever again.

My first visit to Jamba Juice in Smyrna, TN left me with positive impressions right from the start. The ample parking and clean surroundings set the stage for a pleasant experience. Stepping inside, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and continued cleanliness, which further added to my initial impression.Opting for the Aloha Pineapple and Caribbean Passion smoothies, I was not disappointed. Both selections were flavorful and satisfying, showcasing the quality ingredients Jamba Juice is known for. However, I did notice that it took a bit longer than expected for the employees to prepare my order. While this was a minor inconvenience, the deliciousness of the smoothies made up for the wait.Despite the slight delay, I wholeheartedly recommend this Jamba Juice location, especially for its fantastic smoothie offerings. The clean environment and ample parking only enhance the overall experience, making it a worthwhile visit for anyone in the mood for a refreshing treat.

We Love coming here for smoothies but it’s always out of something and the oven has been broken seems like as long as it’s been open. It was fixed once supposedly or replaced and back down again every since. As a business owner ourselves maybe you should just take the items off menu or put a sign up.

This has to be the absolute worst location!! When they changed management at this location this place went down bad. Always out of ingredients, and staff refuse to follow the simplest instructions. Just flat out careless! I literally come once a week with the same basic order and always a problem.

i went in here to get a simple smoothie and i saw an old looking fellow who seems to be a boss or manager of some sort and he was really weird around his employees and it was very visual that alot of them were uncomfortable so i left bad and left. i am not sure who that man was but he needs to be fired immediately. imagine making ur own employees feel uncomfortable. unacceptable

Food was amazing however as a paying, DINING IN customer, I felt it was absorb that they refused to let my partner use the restroom. We were informed there wasn’t a public restroom however as paying customers this is wild.

Don’t waste your money here the staff is rude no good customer service skills and they don’t care how they make your smoothie or bowls this is false advertisement not coming to this location again got two different pictures of what it supposed to look like and what i received
