Always amazing service at lunch time but specifically the cashier today (wish I’d caught his name) was extremely nice and brightened my day!

Just ate here for the first time. I was surprised to learn that they will not customize any of their sandwiches and they do not have a build your own option. You must order by number and take the sandwich the way it is listed.
The food was good. The service was not friendly but was fast.

This place is a complete joke in customer service. I placed a phone order and called back to confirm the order. The young lady an attitude and was rude. I apologise to her for disturbing her.
I walked into the establishment and the man at the register didn’t knowledge I was standing waiting to pay. He immediately took the gentleman that had just completed his order.
A black African American asked me if I was picking up an order. The first person to notice I was standing waiting to be helped.
I gave her the information then the man at the cashier wanted to help.
After paying I asked for manager which is Richard.
Now I see why the lady that answer the phone was unhappy. I asked Richard if I could speak with him. He rolled his eye at me.
Walked over and stated yes. I explained the telephone situation and I called back to confirm. He immediately caught an attitude and stated we don’t call back order. I said I didn’t asked that I call back to confirm please advise if I am wrong. I stated to Richard I see that this is not a concern to you. Richard stated I’m listening to you. I stated no problem, who is the GM of the store Richard stated I am.
Thank you Richard for showing me how you value your customers. Thank you for being rude and disrespectful to your customers.
If you want to be treated with respect and acknowledge for being a customer stay far away from this location.

If you work from home and you live near here this is a great place to order online and just pick up your food to go It's always ready and made correctly. I have a 30 minute lunch break so that's super important to me.

The gentleman with the man bun coming out of his cap was very rude. I was standing at the counter looking at the bags to see if one of them was mine. He came over and looked right past me and asked the person behind me what their name was. He did that several times and then I asked if he could look for mine. He said they're not in order and walked away.
Also, the sandwich was missing the pepperoncinis.

Brianne is a sandwich artist. Perfect all the way down to the slice. Food fresh as always.

Was a great place until they hired some little girl throwing orders around and wants to correct customers in a rude way. Drop the attitude and do you're job.

This is the 3rd time in a row where the bresd wasn't fresh. It is hard on the outside because they leave it open to the air. Disappointing, especially when a sandwich costs as much as it does there.

I absolutely adore this Jersey Mikes. I came in a lot while pregnant and the employee gave me a cookie and said it was for my little princess in my belly! They’re so fast and sweet! I love this jersey mikes!

Took 40 minutes just for them to tell me that they have not even started my order this places workers are terrible at their job and need to quit and go get a new job. Wait scratch that they need to never work again a ok they can never harm another industry such as Jersey Mike I strongly advice people to never come here. The only up side was that I got to leave the store this place is straight booty and it sucks I’m for real never coming back here again if you are a person who is high up in Jersey mikes fire them please and thank you they got my order wrong to they such so much.
