Wasn't what they advertise. My first mistake was ordering online. My sandwich had about 2 slices of meat and barely a piece of cheese. Will not be going to this location again. I will be at Jimmy John's. Do not order online if you want more in your sandwich....

Took them 50 minutes to make a sandwich. When I finally got it was swimming in vinegar, the bread was soaked through on top and bottom, meat wasn’t even put on there

Thursday evening, June 1, 2023, about 8:00 p.m. I am the only customer in the building. Young man behind the counter is cleaning a slicer; had his back to me. Never acknowledges I'm there. I wait; he turns and looks at me; says nothing. Keeps cleaning the slicer. I wait. He looks again, says nothing then yells for a young lady in the kitchen area. She sees me, looks; says nothing and doesn't come out of prep area. Young man continues to clean slicer. Says nothing. I make eye contact with young lady again. She says nothing; doesn't move. I left Nice to know they are so successful that they don't need any customers. Want to be ignored? Stop in; they've mastered that skill.

i came in around 8:40, my first mistake was coming in so close to closing hours. i came in and order a number 17 and 16, (hot sandwiches are not a good idea btw). after the meat and sides were cooked, they wrapped up my meal and handed it over. what i didn’t realize is that i had to tell them ahead of time that i wanted lettuce tomato pickles etc etc, as this was my first time ever being at a jersey mikes. so i asked if they could possibly add these items. i’m not upset about my own mistakes, im irritated by the reaction of who i believe was the lead on shift. she was rude and had an attitude. i got to the payment and these sandwiches were $16.50 a piece. my thoughts here are “wow 36.22 for full sandwiches are a lot, but my partner says they’re the best so let’s see”. TELL ME WHY I GET MY SANDWICHES AND THEYRE MID. i looked at my partner and said “you paid $16.50 for this? never again, you wouldn’t catch me dead” LIKE YALL PAY THAT MUCH FOR MEDIOCRE SANDWICHES? i swear on my life i could’ve gotten a better sandwich at subway. my partner was also upset they didn’t do it “mikes way” (what in the world is that????) and i said “i’m sorry i didn’t know” and she said “they didn’t offer?” “no” “well they’re supposed to. that’s weird” apparently it would’ve been so much better mikes way. i highly doubt it considering that the worst part of this sandwich was how dry the meat was and how slimy the mushrooms were. i’m disappointed to say the least.

I have celiac and Juliana made sure that I could eat there without being cross contaminated. She cleaned every surface and took every precaution to make sure no crumbs touched my gluten free sandwhich! She was great! Give that girl a raise! She really cares about the customers!
