They used to have good collard greens. But lately the greens are terrible. They are seasoned with vinegar and hot sauce with flavorless meat! It's like they are trying to cheat you by adding less greens and more meat! But What's the point of seasoning greens with meat , if the flavor is boiled out of the meat ?
I hope you get back to normal. I'm a consistent customer. But I can't keep paying for this!!

I ordered catering 2 days in advance for an office Christmas party. The food was to be ready by 11:30am. It wasn’t. I waited for 2 full hours before receiving the food I ordered. 2 HOURS STANDING IN THEIR RESTAURANT! Asked a manager for help and was tactically ignored. This is absurd. Why would I wait 2 hours for food that was ordered 2 days in advance. My entire work crew was also starving and waiting back at the branch. We won’t be ordering from this establishment ever again!

We came here for a work Christmas party last weekend. The side room was perfect for our group and the manager, Derrick, came out to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was fantastic, our server Wendy was lovely and all around the hospitality was wonderful! Would highly recommend.

Margarita never came. Onion rings came with entrees. Biscuits came after we finished entrees(had asked for them earlier).Food was barely warm. Doesn't get much better than that! 😞😞

My family and I decided to order In for Thanksgiving this year so I could enjoy more of the day with family and less cooking. We got the family gathering meal for 12 and it did not disappoint. Everyone left the table with an overly full belly while, ranting and raving over each dish. It was very yummy and we would highly recommend. Also Wednesday evening when we picked up, each staff member was super friendly and offered us a drink while we waited. Whole experience was great. Thank you!

Did a pick up order. Staff was friendly, had a short wait, not terrible. Unfortunately, when we arrived home there was one order short. Thankful we were only 15 minutes away, called, and returned to pick up the missing order. I wanted to complain about it but waited to see how they would react. They did the right thing and offered a dessert as compensation. That wins customer loyalty, so thank you for that. Food was good for all dishes. Meat tender and flavorful. Sides were also very good.

This is one of my favorite BBQ places. The food is always fresh and delicious. My go to is always the 2 meats 2 sides combo. The beef brisket melts in your mouth and as always the cheddar baskets are fluffy and delicious!

Giving this a 1 star because we waited at the front for a host for several minutes and no one came up to greet us let alone seat us and there was no staff to even ask if we should seat ourselves. This place is a mark of the downfall of service in restaurants

Whole place was a bunch of host / servers arguing. The African American host just sat there and avoided doing absolutely anything and sat on her phone while i was waiting to be sat. She was not friendly and shrugged and rolled her eyes when I asked for plastic silverware. She also acted very hostile towards her coworkers. Very unprofessional, Food was alright but not worth the situation or the price. 1 star.
