Don't get the ribs! This evening on the way home I stopped and bought 3lbs of ribs and a half pound of brisket and two sides. Spent $72 and had to throw the ribs in the trash. They were so salty no one could eat them. We were so disappointed. The brisket and sides were good, but we were primed for ribs.

We had the Pick 3 Platter - we had pulled pork, brisket & ribs with fries (beautifully crispy), baked beans & coleslaw. Cheddar biscuits & sweet tea! Food was fantastic!

This is one of our go-to's for barbecue. The little cornbread muffins they have are super tasty. The standard sauce is fine but the honey habanero is fantastic. The baked beans are great to compliment the brisket.
