I don’t know why this Jimmy John’s still exist. Their delivery range might as well not exist and their hours are worse than bank hours. What’s the point of being open if it’s only for 3-4 hours. Also, the delivery range stops at my neighborhood entrance but they won’t enter the neighborhood. Why?

I used the mobile app for the two times I came to this location this week. Both times I had to wait way longer than I needed to because the app was not updated stating the order was ready for pick-up. The food was as I would expect from a Jimmy John's, tasty but but this location needs a lil more attention to detail.

Yesterday, delivery girl was the first delivery driver to find our house with no issue and knock on the door. It's usually a little tricky. Give that girl a raise.

Consistantly great staff every time! Most of the other fast food places in La Vergne and Smyrna should take lessons from this place. It's Jimmy John's so the food is always good too.

I order from you guys quite a bit while I'm delivering near by, I'm not a smoker and really dont appreciate your delivery driver smoking on the way to deliver my food. Now my truck smells like smoke. And he made me walk to him twice, once for my sub second for my drink. He never got out of the vehicle..

Ordered food at 12:26 from the Grammer Lane in Smyrna store. My food showed delivered via their website however I did not have my food so I contacted the store. I was a little put off by the staff there because it sounded like they were calling me a liar as he "had already come back and picked up more deliveries so you must have it." The lady said they would contact the driver and then call me back.

I love Jimmy John's overall they have some of the best sandwiches I've ever had.. I would recommend it for anyone.. its on the little expensive side for just sandwiches though, you have been warned.
