I can see why this location has low reviews. I feel like the customer service is lacking and they also forgot my pickle. This is my first time trying Jimmy John’s. The sub itself was good though.

I love JJ, but unfortunately, the last 2 sandwiches I ordered online and picked up were incorrect. I didn’t complain the first time, but today I called. JJ then made me an entire new sandwich and delivered it to me! This is AWESOME Customer Service! Thank You for making it right! I know mistakes happen, but I was just calling to make sure it didn’t happen a 3rd time, instead the sweet lady remade my sandwich and had it delivered to me! Respect for properly fixing a concern!

Ordered a sandwich on the app repeated order. The app automatically charged me for the sandwich but the sandwich wasn't made. I showed the purchase on my bank account but the order did not appear on the app. So, I was told to order another sandwich but I did not have the funds to pay for another sandwich in my account. Left the store without the sandwich and very dissatisfied with the service and the app all together. Told the clerks that I would not be back.
