This store has the least amount of communication I have seen. Instead of letting me know my sandwich was ready they just put it in the Pick up area.

Ordered a sandwich on the app repeated order. The app automatically charged me for the sandwich but the sandwich wasn't made. I showed the purchase on my bank account but the order did not appear on the app. So, I was told to order another sandwich but I did not have the funds to pay for another sandwich in my account. Left the store without the sandwich and very dissatisfied with the service and the app all together. Told the clerks that I would not be back.

Had a great experience at this Jimmy Johns Location, as I do at every Jimmy Johns, but this location especially exceptional because of Aaron. He made our sandwiches quickly with a smile on his face. My sandwich was great and you could tell it was made with love!

Dietary restrictions: They offer every sandwich as a lettuce wrap if preferred, great for keto/low carb and gluten-free folk.

I’ve never eaten there before so when the $10 commercial came on I thought I would give it a try. Inside the employee said I couldn’t order with him I had to order online. What a pain! So I left. The next day I tried to order online but did not see it. So I called & was told they aren’t doing it anymore. However it is still be advertised! Again, what a pain. The food maybe good but I can’t say. I’ll take my business elsewhere
