I do not recommend this business. They have predatory upcharging practices.

I enjoyed this company when going to the Murfreesboro Old Fort location some years back. I recently moved back to Tennessee and was happy to see a location in Smyrna. However, within a week of returning to Tennessee I decided I would not be going back to this location and may not want to go to other locations if they are treating customers like this one.

My first experience my husband and I both got food and a drink. When I asked for more creamer we were told it was in house creamer and there would be an upcharge. I was charged a dollar for a a little extra Sam’s Choice brand half and half. Doesn’t sound like in house just sound like they didn’t want to adjust my drink to my liking without charging extra.
My second trip a few days later I got a matcha tea and asked for no ice. I was charged a $1 fee for no ice being told that I was paying for the extra drink since there was no ice. How? This drink is offered in iced and hot. Hot doesn’t include ice and it’s the same price. I decided right then that I would not be returning.

The drinks are already more expensive than Starbucks. But that doesn’t necessarily bother me because I’ll pay more for what I like. I don’t like the nickel and dime treatment. If I have to get up charged for every little thing then I can get the same thing somewhere else that taste just as good or better.

Just had my first experience at this Just Love Coffee location in Smyrna! Needed a quiet place to do my school work outside on the weekends, and it is just what I needed on this nice day! As soon as I entered the shop, the two employees (manager and guy making the drinks) were the nicest people I have came in contact with at a coffee shop. There aren't many people here, but there should be because not only are they really nice, but the lumberjack iced latte I got was AMAZING! The manager has the most excellent customer service. I will be back for sure regularly! Thank you to the manager I got to meet!

It’s one of my favorite cafes to grab lunch and coffee on the go but this location is terrible. First the drive through microphone was not working and the guy could not hear me so I went inside the store. The women who greeted me could not understand a simple order and kept messing it up. Her appearance was also not professional. Stained wrinkles Tshirt is not pleasing. Maybe wear an apron to cover it. My latte was so hot I burned my tongue. I have never had latte this hot, I don’t know what she did . She even offered me to drink it without a lid, I am so grateful I didn’t. It was a very weird thing to do, especially with such hot beverage. It took a long time to cool it off so I can drink it. $21 for sandwich and a coffee, you need to do better!!!!

Just asked for a Almond milk latte. Got asked can we use regular milk. I said no. Got charged $9.83 for one latte. I could have brought a whole meal for that price! Insane. Won't be going back .

I ordered a macchiato iced latte and ended up with nothing but ice and horrible taste. I’m so upset. I didn’t pay $7 for a cup of ice, I asked for a macchiato and this was nothing but ice. I need a refund!!!! It’s not letting me post my receipt but I will post it if it gives me the option. I will never be back to this location!!!! HORRIBLE!!!

I ordered my drink at a kid's temperature, because I hate when almond milk cooks itself in my coffee. The teenager working there in the hot pink shirt gave me the hottest possible version of my drink--it looked like water and tasted like bacon. I let her know, and she couldn't figure out what to do with her hands as she explained that she didn't know what to do about it. She looked lost. I won't be returning to this location.

I ordered a sweet matcha in the drive thru. I don’t know if they just forgot to sweeten it but it was the most bitter matcha I’ve ever very had- I’ve been to other locations so I know this isn’t normal for them. It was also $9!! And they asked me for a tip in the drive thru even though I had to wait for 5 minutes for them to notice I pulled up. Normally I would think they were just busy, but there wasn’t even a car in the lot. Had to double check the hours to make sure they were open while I was waiting. Overall disappointed with this location :/.

I went to Just Love Smyrna with my friend for Brunch. I was so excited to try it. Between us we spent 100 dollars. My god son ordered waffles and they did not give him syrup. When we asked for syrup they gave us one small cup, so we asked for more. The cashier came to the table to and told us that we would have to pay 25cents for each syrup….After I spent 100 dollars!!!! Then my friend had a hair in her quesadilla, but my god son would not let her make a scene…this place is ridiculous! Don’t waste your money.

I was there this morning, and had cold coffee. It was supposed to be decaffeinated with almond milk, and it wasn't. It made my stomach hurt like crazy. The young lady that made it didn't care at all.

11+ for this sandwich was robbery. Very basic. Bread was extremely hard. 0 out of 10. The drunk gave it 3 stars.

This was my first time visiting and the service was amazing! I ordered a mango peach smoothie and when I say, it was perfecttttt! My only mistake was ordering a medium instead of large because I loved it! I also ordered the bacon,egg, & cheese croissant and it was was delicious as well. Small place with big flavors, I will definitely be back to visit! 🫶🏾
