I’ve lived in Smyrna for my whole life, driven past this place a million times and never went until tonight. We just decided that we wanted to try something different, and I’m so glad we did because everything was amazing. The burgers have so much flavor, the crinkle fries are actually crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside which I feel like never happens anywhere else, the mozzarella sticks were the best I’ve had in years, and the chocolate ice cream was the perfect texture and not overly sweet. Service was excellent despite how busy they were. 1000/10 this place is a gem!

The strawberry soft serve is the best ice cream I have ever had in my whole life. My family loves everything on the menu. I moved over an hour away and always make a point to stop by when nearby. Undisputed champion if you ask me.

Their ice cream is delicious!!! I am partial to the peanut butter-bomb-digitty myself. The food has been perfectly cooked every time. The parking and drive thru is... less than convenient, but would never stop me from going. Servers are always nice and fast. I highly recommend trying this place. Many people we talk to when we go say they travel pretty far to get their ice cream.

We ordered 2 number twos and our burgers where cold, the fries where half full and the mushrooms where cold when we received them. I took them back and told them they where cold and when we received a second order they where still undercooked and cold like frozen in the middle. I have noticed when Karen is not onsite the service is not very good. I used to love going here to eat but this might be my last visit to Karen’s Kustards.
I sat at the window for 5 minutes before anyone ever came and got my order. When the cashier finally got to the window she was really rude. Then sat in line for 20 minutes waiting for my one order of chili. Will not be coming back.
We had a cheeseburger it had a bite mark. I took it back and no apology. Just got me a new one.

This is an American classic roadside, smash burger shack. Absolutely everything was awesome. Do not skip out on the onion rings and obviously get a double cheeseburger. Man that thing was delicious! Great place great people.

We see this place with cars wrapped around it like Chick-Fil-A when we go/come from soccer. Thought why not one day and this place will be a regular for us. It's a simple place with simple items to pick from. The employees are super nice. Great place on the side of the road.
