Sat at the drive thru for over 25 min. 1 car was waiting at the window when I pulled in and made my order. 23 min wait at the window. Asked manager if there was a problem that it was taking so long she stated bluntly "yeah they are in the middle of changing over". While waiting heard her berating an employee over how to do the transaction and her repeadly asking where Mark was. Finally I tapped on the window and told them to cancel my order i had waited long enough and needed to get to work. The employer stated she hasn't rung you up yet I don't think. No apology from anyone just given my card back. No excuse for this they weren't busy.

Wish I could give zero stars. They rang up my order wrong, the lady at the microphone was terrible. waited 23 minutes for my food. And when they finally brought it out it was wrong. One of the most unorganized restaurants I've ever been to.

Krystal in Smyrna TN. I have been to this location NO less than 350 times. On 3-11-24 at 7pm this location went down fast. Owner watch the cameras and see. People watching TV and doing nothing, new manager handling food with NO gloves after playing on his cell phone and many cars waiting on the curb plus inside the place. What a mess. Wait times over 45 min. Yes 45 min wait times?????If you cannot handle stress then leave.

I came through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago and ordered a number 4 with a large sweet and 2 extra chik I paid and was asked to pull up after almost 10 minutes a woman came out with a bag and said 4 chik right? I said yes but I also got a large sweet tea. She went back in and got the tea and I looked in the bag and there were no fries when she came back I said I thought I ordered a meal and I didn’t get my fries and she said I only ordered the 4 chips and the tea. So I said ok and drove away bc I had to go back to work but when I got there I dug my receipt out and I indeed ordered and paid for a meal. I tried to call twice with no answer. Very disappointing to spend almost 20 dollars on a meal and a couple extra sliders and then not receive your whole order and be told you didn’t order that. Waste of money. Only positive was the chicken was fresh.
My order was did not include everything I had to turn around and then the 2nd time it wasn't made right. I was too tired to deal with it.

We haven't eaten at this location in a couple of years. However, this location has the hottest food, BEST Corn Pups, chili, Krystal cheeseburgers we've had from Krystal restaurant in a very long time. The service was great also.Keep up the great service.

Was interested in ordering Krystals this evening. However I went to the location at 750 Nissan Drive Smyrna TN 37167. This location can never be contacted by phone. Your e mail address to address has problems and is no longer available on line. So not sure how to contact any live person to address a problem. I simply want to say that you don't have problems with your products. It is about the people who make and deliver your products to us either in the front room or drive thru. I went to this location this evening for one of those big containers full of Krystals that you are advertising on television and when I pulled up to the window I didn't like what I saw. A young kid either vaping or what I was told he was sucking on a sucker. So after what I saw I just didn't trust the help preparing my product. I again want to say I love your products just don't trust who is preparing your great products and they are running your products in the ground. I left after I brought it to the ladies attention and she said she didn't notice it at 1st. I really want the Krystal crave tonight..
