I have been coming to this location for the past 4 years that I've lived in Smyrna!! Tonight's order(1-9-26) was exceptional!!! I ordered online for the 4.99 deal when ordering 2 one topping large pizzas. As I made the order I was headed that way and got there as they were taking the pizzas out the oven and boxing them up!! Talking about perfect timing for Hot and ready pizza ummhmm good!! Thank you Little Caesars on S. Lowry St in Smyrna TN!!!

Ordered the Philly cheese steak pizza online, the pizza portal didn't work, took a min to get help with that, and to top it off, the $16 pizza from the place that sells $6 pizzas had barely any meat or cheese on it. What was supposed to be a philly cheese steak was more like a veggie thin crust, it was mostly bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. Next time I'll try the location the next city over smh.

Accidentally ordered here and I've been trying to get a refund for over a week. No one will answer the store phone, corporate won't respond, and trying to submit a help ticket just gives me an error message. I live in fayetteville TN so I can't just drive up there! I really need help, and it's nonexistent I feel like they are just robbing me at this point. I never picked up the pizza, I just want my money back!

The guy up front, was very grumpy. Saw that I worked at cracker barrel and made comments about how he never got his free food and how it sucked there. All the while they were slow and not being professional. Lol kinda ironic. But the pizza was good.

This store is very nasty! They have rats, don't use gloves to prepare food for the customers, I've bit into my food and it was a long piece of hair in my food! The young folks are very disrespectful and I most definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here!
