Avoid this place. Slowest service ever seen and the place is a ghost town. If ya want to wait for horrible food, mediocre service and be fully disappointed......., here's the place to be.

Great staff on my visit and the steak was perfect

I was there yesterday at 12 noon it was one waitress In the entire restaurant. I had the Ribs and tenders combo.
The ribs was cold on the inside
The chicken was really overcooked. If something doesnt change it will probably come in the next few months.
Second time going the this restaurant this year and it was just as bad last time.
I hate it but I really liked this place!

So, My wife and I went into Logan’s in Smyrna for a Date Night Tuesday 02/4/2025. We were greeted upon entry by a young girl without any Logan’s uniform on. She sat us immediately upon entry. Our Server (Macey) greeted us and grabbed our drinks. My wife and i Both ordered Draft Beer with lime. She brought our drinks and said they were out of limes. I politely asked her to check again or take the drinks back to the bar. She was able to provide us with a bowl of limes. So we ordered our food. As it got to the table our server made us aware that they didn’t have any Baked potatoes and we needed to pick something else to eat. (we still got charged for the loaded potato’s we didn’t get) once we were ready to eat we asked for silverware as we didn’t have any. She brought us plastic utensils. At this point I felt like someone was just messing with us. (Remind you it’s our Anniversary Dinner). This was extremely aggravating for us as we both ordered Steak. I did ask our server to please find us real knives or I would be sending the steaks back. She found clean knives but we still had to use plastic forks. So while all this is going on. I’m watching the table across from me. It seems to be the hang out table for Everyone. But mostly I noticed a 1/2 dressed young lady sleeping in the booth. When she wasn’t sleeping she was eating and drinking what I’m assuming was free dinner brought to her by her Girlfriend. These 2 made out and pretty much had relations in that booth. Including groaning and kissing etc. This went on for around 2 hours. We did pay out tab with 0 discounts and walked out. The worst dinner experience ever. Honestly I would like to be refunded my dinner and have an actual date night that’s not ruined by the restaurant. We love Logan’s. And we go here often but this was unacceptable!!!

Logan’s used to be one of my favorite spots. Unfortunately this place is being run into the ground.

Last nights visit put the nail in the coffin on the Smyrna Logan’s for me. Horrible service, Cold Food, Dirty silverware and just an overall unpleasant vibe. The expo handed a hot plate to my elderly grandmother with no warning and the server seemed to play hide and seek with us, and it felt as if we were inconveniencing staff because we were eating there - this was all 2 hours before they closed at 10pm. With the continued competition that is coming to Smyrna they won’t last and will close AGAIN if they cannot get things in check.

Went here with my wife for a nice quiet dinner. What we got was a LAST for this establishment. Were seated and after 13 minutes went to the hostess station to tell them NO one had come by. Made the order easy for the server and looked forward to and enjoyable meal. Salads and bread came with no issue. Got the rib and finger meal as it looked so Good. This is were it got OUT OF CONTROL. asked the server for bar-b-que sauce as the ribs came DRY! the manager came by and this is were it got STUPID! manager was shocked and said he would take care of it as dry is NOT the way they are to be served. also, the fingers were totally all but burnt. manager left and came right back with gloved hands and a plate. HE proceeded to remove the ribs from both our plates and said he would be back. left the fries and burnt fingers and left. came back 10 minutes later with not even crispy a little bit fingers and the SAME ribs he removed from out plates that were dredged in cold bar-b-que sauce and set aside until the undercooked fingers were NOT ready to be served and HE served them anyway. showed the server and was told the manager would be told. 5 minuets later the manager came back to the table and proceeded to ask what is wrong now are they cold? well, sir, they in fact were stone cold as you served them, took them, sauced them, let them sit, and then RE-Served them. so to sum it up the manager is not fit to be a manager and we will certainly NEVER go in AGAIN!!!!!!!

AFTER THEIR RESPONSE MY DESIRE TO EAT HERE AGAIN HAS DWINDLED TO less THAN ZERO NOW!!!!!!!!

Horrible service bunch of high school students. Ignoring customers. Playing around. Looking at the bar . Food left out on bar for 45 minutes. No management. No order to service

Disappointed. Came here today to eat dinner with my family and was not greeted with friendly faces. Ladies in the front seemed to not be able to smile. Then we got seated and while we finally got our food the steak came medium well instead of medium rare. I’m not even kidding when I say we waited 30 minutes for our red ones to come back. Not once did the waiter apologize or come by letting us know when it will be out. At that point we deserved some kind of discount. By the time our steaks came back we had lost our appetite and brought our food home.

The waiter was really bad the manger told us if we don’t order food before time to go to no Zaxby’s to the whole store waiter really bad there just chatting and no service is being done and 25 mins for food and we had been sitting for 30 don’t recommend going here.
