We took our teenage granddaughter to dinner with us last weekend and Ethan, our waiter was awesome! The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. It’s so nice to go to a local establishment and have the manager actually speak to us and seat us at our table plus have an awesome waiter like Ethan that was very engaging and attentive to our needs. I’d give the service a 10 if I could!! Christiana (bartender) was hysterical, professional, prompt and very fun to chat with. The patrons were also kind and friendly. The steak (t-bone), salad and veggies were perfectly cooked and seasoned. If we ever drive back through this area we’ll swing on in and you should too!!!

We were told it would be a 30 min wait when we called to do call ahead seating on Saturday night for 8 adults and 2 babies. We put our name on the list at 6:33 (they sent me a text) and then made the drive to the restaurant in 20 mins with 10 mins longer to wait. My cousin walked in and they told her it would be an additional 30 mins on top of our already quoted 30 mins. We said it was fine and would wait. We ended up waiting almost an HOUR after arriving before finally getting a table at almost 8pm! Food was alright. I asked for light seasoning and it was cooked regular so I could barely enjoy my steak. My 2 cousins ordered the same meal but one was bigger than the other. The only good thing we had at this restaurant was the server was great and quick. We went for my cousin's birthday and we didn't even tell them because it was almost 10pm by the time we were done eating and we're all tired and ready to leave. Atmosphere is the same at every longhorn but the bathroom was dirty.
The wait was much longer than expected for seating at the time of day on a Wednesday afternoon. We don't understand why?
Parking: Management was very understaffed. We seen a lot of customers turned away that early afternoon due to the wait at lunchtime Wednesday.
Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was a joy and her service to us was wonderful.

This review is after my family and I had 2 bad experiences, so we gave them one last chance. The wait for our food was 25 minutes, and then our app, salad, and main entree came out at the same time. One of the orders was wrong, and we never got refills for our drinks.

The quality of this longhorn steakhouse has great declined during the past year. The steak quality has declined and rarely, if ever, is cooked as ordered. Baked potatoes are full of strings like grass roots. Vegetables are not seasoned. Cleanliness and upkeep needs a lot of work.
