First time ordering from Marco's through Door Dash. Pizza was delicious, fresh and hot. Delivery was on time as shown on the app. Will definitely order again.

I always see commercials, but I never thought I'd be able to try it. Finally, I visited home, and there's a Marco's. I didn't hesitate, and it was worth it. Fantastic pizza and cinnamon bread sticks. Yummy!!! I will visit again.

My pizza was cold when I received it almost an hour later. It had no taste to it whatsoever. The toppings were mixed together.. I had a half and half pizza. It was poorly made. I am very disappointed about it. I will never order there again. I paid $35 for my order and it really sucked. I hope you enjoy the money that you got from me. And I even tip the driver .

The store manager at the Smyrna, TN location opted for poor customer service. My husband ordered two subs and specifically asked for extra Italian dressing. After he got home, he realized that they didn't put any dressing on them, so he went back up there to ask for his extra dressing, and was denied service. The lady counting the money said that they were closed even though it was 11:10 and the website said they don't close until 12:00am.Given that these two subs totaled in $27.15 we expect everything to be on there as requested, and for any mistakes on the employees end to be rectified promptly upon us bringing it to their attention. I am disappointed in how this was handled because we are loyal customers. It's really the little things that will help with customer retention. We really would like our money back thanks to your manager and her nasty attitude.

This is the second time my order was wrong. Ordered a small deluxe with extra mushrooms and black olives, all I got was the black olives and mushrooms. I love their pizza when they can make it right!
I ordered a pizza and had them make their cheesy bread into a pizza and no problem then the second time I ordered it it was all screwed up had sauce on it and everything it was basically a cheese pizza I called and the woman said I’ll put it in the computer so u can get a free one next time we’ll guess what they had no record of it so not a big deal but the manager said they don’t have a cheesy bread pizza I understand that and she refused to even try to figure it out then asked do you want to tip your driver lol not that it’s the driver fault but I said yeah I’ll tip the driver (don’t order the cheesy bread pizza lol) she didn’t get it she again said do u want to tip your driver. What is wrong with these kids these days absolutely no people skills.

I thought I had ordered a pizza to be delivered from Marco's. Apparently I had ordered it through Yelp to be delivered by Yelp. After 45 minutes I called Marcos and they said my pizza was still there waiting to be picked up. 15 minutes later a guy delivered it by tossing it on my porch and left. Didn't knock or ring the doorbell or anything to let me know it was there. If I hadn't seen him leave it would still be sitting there. I like Marcos pizza and have never had a problem before. If you order from them make sure you have it delivered by them, not yelp! I give Marco's a 5 , I give yelp a 1.

The person who answered the phone today, August 20, at exactly 9:25 pm, should be fired for the poor customer service, I made a call to make an adjustment to my order that only had 2 minutes left. having made it and she told me that the order was already ready, how disrespectful to tell me that my order was ready that I couldn't do it when I had less than 2 minutes!! incredible. if she doesn't want to work she shouldn't be there.

Disappointed. I will not return. Ordered sausage magnifico. Should have labeled this “where is the sausage bro.” My frustration is the abysmal amount of sausage - only in the middle! Pitiful.
