Asked for a refund only got $9.20 back when I paid $14.96 ridiculous. Placed a pick up order coworker went to pick up food like we always do told coworker he could not get food would have to go back thru the drive thru again. Went to pick up food got attitude when requesting food. Had to go back bc food was incorrect and didn’t get a full refund. Not my fault employees don’t do they job like they should be doing well probably never go back to this location

Aight. So I’ve been coming here for years. The food is trash as of late. Tastes like day old burgers with a flood of mayo if you ask for mayo. I’ve had to pull up to the reserved parking spot every time I come. It’s like this place never has its stuff together. The kids are nice but the adults in this place are jerks who struggle to have anything prepared in a timely manner. TLDR just go to the one by Nissan or the new one on Sam Ridley. This place does not deserve your money. I’m typing this in drive thru 2 after ordering a Big Mac meal…no one was behind me and I’ve been here since 8:50…it is now 9:02. Edit: it is now 9:17 and I’m asking for a refund.

I went in to get a coffee. There was no problem. It looks clean inside. Employees were friendly and polite.
I ordered a squishmallow happy meal expecting i would receive a squishmallow happy meal. I reach into my happy meal and with surprise there is no squishy mallowy packaged toy inside. Instead I feel a box, then i figure it’s mario cart and they mixed the toys (because this seasons toys are currently squishmallow and mario cart) but no. I received a JUST DANCE happy meal toy, pretty sure they’re from last year. I wouldn’t be too mad about all this but when we passed the first window I saw left over minecraft happy meal toys. Upsetting and unforgettable what this mcdonald’s did to me. I will never return.

Got the wrong food. Was questioned about the food I got. Gave back the food and showed the order on my phone. Got the correct food with no apology. Just terrible service every single time. So disappointing.
