It's not complicated to make burgers with ONLY cheese and ketchup however, these geniuses managed to mess up three of them AND the drink. I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and was handed a pineapple. When I said that was wrong, I got talked back to and an eye roll. It's not my fault you people are too incompetent to take an order correctly.

Had to wait 20 minutes because it was not 11:00 which was time for lunch. Who eats breakfast at 10:30 in the morning? And then fries were not ready at 11:00 due to him not setting up the machine. Mexican kid working also very rude with an attitude.
Went there yesterday afternoon and ordered food. The kids working the drive thru were just playing around being childish and actually charged me for the wrong order. When I go to pay the lady at the window asked me 3 times what my order was and I had to give my debit card back to her to fix the order. Well I was already mad at this point and she gave me the right food but not my debit card back. I called this morning and NOBODY THERE CAN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER. How are you putting leadership roles to people who can’t speak English. I live an hour away now I have to drive all the way back there and speak to someone who doesn’t understand anything I’m saying. Plus she kept hanging the phone up in my face when I asked to speak to someone who speaks English. Totally unexplainable or acceptable.

Asked for a refund only got $9.20 back when I paid $14.96 ridiculous. Placed a pick up order coworker went to pick up food like we always do told coworker he could not get food would have to go back thru the drive thru again. Went to pick up food got attitude when requesting food. Had to go back bc food was incorrect and didn’t get a full refund. Not my fault employees don’t do they job like they should be doing well probably never go back to this location
