Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've been to. My fries weren't even half way full. I ordered a sweet tea, it's a 50/50 to get it right yet every time I come here I get unsweet tea. Train your people or something cause y'all are the worst. I would have gave zero stars but it wouldn't let me. Oh and my sandwich was wrong too. 3 out of 3 items all horrible.

I'll give a better review when this starts putting tomatoes back in the sandwiches and not uncharge for them when it's suppose to already be in the sandwiches. Asked for a spicy Mc chicken add tomatoes...didn't get the tomatoes. Theft is theft no matter how big or small. Order number was 678, husband ordered and got them for me. Just want tomatoes on my burgers please.

This location is a joke, 99% of the time we are missing an item. It’s so frustrating to drive all the way there to order and come home realizing what you payed for is an incomplete bag. My husband had to turn back and requested to talk to a manager and she argued with him about a missing item. How do you argue with a customer? So ridiculously disappointing!!! Shame on you Ms. Manager for a pissy attitude!!!!
I ordered a doble bacon quarter pounder with cheese and they forgot to put the bacon. When I went to the counter to ask for it, they just gave me a chicken nuggets box with the bacon inside. Come on! I’m restaurant owner and when we make a mistake (everybody can) we replace the whole food. Some people let this things happen just because it is “McDonald” but when they go to local restaurant they just punish them.

Working that area doing Doordash, more than a dozen people at the "after hours" window waiting 45 minutes in the cold and rain for delivery orders. Then, we're told "those orders were already picked up" by the woman we assumed was the manager. Had to cancel the order without any pay and pneumonia as a bonus. Thanks!

Came in Oct 29th at 11:30 to wait for the stall to open up so I could go to the bathroom. As a construction worker I’m limited spots to go. I waited for almost 30minutes on a guy worker about 5’7” Spanish decent mustache and a black hoodie. Smoking weed in the bathroom stall. It was smoky and smelled like cheap weed. I usually wouldn’t rat anyone out. But I got places to be and can’t be smelling like weed. Thanks!
When I left he was in a gray hoodie and had a hat on. Just staring at me lol guess he’s not the employee of the month. Good luck!
