Today was my worst experience. We ordered from mobile at #5. We waited 15 minutes and then they told us it was closed and they never delivered the order. They said I enjoyed my order and they never delivered it. Everything came out with a bag of food. I think they brought dead orders and in the end they charged me and they didn't even deliver them. Many people were waiting for their orders and they came back with nothing.

I came to the front to ask a small question about a mobile order, and she said very unenthusiastically, yeeuusss. And then when the order was done I wanted to order one more thing and she slammed her hand on the table like I insulted her!

Way too slow for a drive thru. I find myself waiting 10 minutes on average even when I pull up with 1 car in the drive thru. When I go to a drive-through, I expect a quick service if I wanted to sit around, I would go to a dine in.

Had a mobile order that I placed 15 minutes before i got it. I get there at about 12:05 and I see my order sitting there. The lady asked me what my number was and I tell her but she acts like she doesnt see it. 10 minutes later she hands it to me (after its been sitting there, everything is cold). She doesnt say sorry or here you go , nothing. Smh! Break cut very short. This is 12:00pm on 2/20
Don't order a shake unless you want to wait literally 35 mins

This has been the worst experience I've had at McDonald's. I came to order food for my Mom there was no one in line and I waited a few minutes before someone came on the intercom to take my order. The food was made very quickly probably too quickly because the burger was still mooing. It was red and pink and the buns were so soggy from all the grease that it was inedible! My mother had to throw the whole burger away. I have the receipt and pictures. Ordered on 3/5/25 at 9:47pm
