I waited 30 mins for my food never got it instead they rather give friends free food smh this is the second this has happened if they look even a little busy don’t waste your time.

It's time to call out ridiculous prices. The frappe is over $6 for a large and is less then half the size it used to be. The review stands till you lower the price or make the drink the old size

Horrible. No respect. No courtesy. An order mistake was understandable but no apology, no communication, and only the minimum to make it right are totally unacceptable. All of this came from both the cashier and a manager which is inexcusable.

Today was my worst experience. We ordered from mobile at #5. We waited 15 minutes and then they told us it was closed and they never delivered the order. They said I enjoyed my order and they never delivered it. Everything came out with a bag of food. I think they brought dead orders and in the end they charged me and they didn't even deliver them. Many people were waiting for their orders and they came back with nothing.

Food was normal and atmosphere was good. But the service was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a McDonald’s. I came to the front to ask a small question about a mobile order, and she said very unenthusiastically, yeeuusss. And then when the order was done I wanted to order one more thing and she slammed her hand on the table like I insulted her!

Way too slow for a drive thru. I find myself waiting 10 minutes on average even when I pull up with 1 car in the drive thru. When I go to a drive-through, I expect a quick service if I wanted to sit around, I would go to a dine in.

Had a mobile order that I placed 15 minutes before i got it. I get there at about 12:05 and I see my order sitting there. The lady asked me what my number was and I tell her but she acts like she doesnt see it. 10 minutes later she hands it to me (after its been sitting there, everything is cold). She doesnt say sorry or here you go , nothing. Smh! Break cut very short. This is 12:00pm on 2/20
