Way too slow for a drive thru. I find myself waiting 10 minutes on average even when I pull up with 1 car in the drive thru. When I go to a drive-through, I expect a quick service if I wanted to sit around, I would go to a dine in.

Had a mobile order that I placed 15 minutes before i got it. I get there at about 12:05 and I see my order sitting there. The lady asked me what my number was and I tell her but she acts like she doesnt see it. 10 minutes later she hands it to me (after its been sitting there, everything is cold). She doesnt say sorry or here you go , nothing. Smh! Break cut very short. This is 12:00pm on 2/20

This has been the worst experience I've had at McDonald's. I came to order food for my Mom there was no one in line and I waited a few minutes before someone came on the intercom to take my order. The food was made very quickly probably too quickly because the burger was still mooing. It was red and pink and the buns were so soggy from all the grease that it was inedible! My mother had to throw the whole burger away. I have the receipt and pictures. Ordered on 3/5/25 at 9:47pm

Order was messed up, cheese burger with no tomatoes and pickles, happy meal with no toy, asked for a medium but was given small size mango-pinaple smoothie. Tables and chairs were not kept clean and one of the kiosk machines were out of order. Disappointed...
Had to pay at the register because the card reader on the kiosk was broken. It took a few minutes to get someone to help us out but once the order was paid for, it came out hot and fresh. Restaurant appeared clean. Bathroom needed some cleaning but otherwise it was a decent enough McDonald's.

It's almost as if the Biden administration didn't print grossly excessive dollars and hand them out to countries that will never pay it back, forward or otherwise....With the APP it saves you enough on your orders that you can st least pretend that didn't happen! +++++ALSO++++ This Almaville rd. location has the best drive-thru crew of any other location ever! 2 a.m or 2 p.m is equally awesome! They got it down perfect and whoever does the hiring and training must be a gem as well. Plenty of different crews, same stellar outcome! Excellence also sems to follow when you pay people what they're worth. Strangely, it seems like that keeps great employees great! Keep it up!
