The food is not good. The corn over powered the meal with sweetness. The added guac didn't even save the meal. The chips tasted like old oil. The service was ok. The atmosphere was clean.

Visited the Smyrna location for the first time tonight around 8pm and had terrible service, the young man making my burrito was super nice and respectful on the other hand the older caucasian lady with glasses was super rude. She gave me the total and like Murfreesboro location, you are able to enter your phone number in to use your rewards. I didn’t see that option and asked if there was a way for me to type my number in, she rudely stated “you should’ve told me that before I rang everything up”. I look at her confused because there was no need for attitude at a simple question. Probably won’t be back but the food was great.

I always go to moes and every time it is great. I always get welcomed and the queso is the best. I get the build your own burrito because I am a picky eater. They do charge extra for steak but I understand because so many people get it. I came a little earlier than their opening and the workers were nice and let me order early. They’re quick and nice I recommend it.

I would give zero stars if I could I have never been to a Moe’s and gotten such a skimpy bowl I can usually get two meals out of one bowl it’s usually nice and full not this location they are so skimpy on servings your lucky if half the bowl is full the manager cashed us out and he completely ignored my comments terrible service
Moe's Southwest Grill seemed like a sure bet for a delicious lunch. Birria tacos are all the rage right now, so I figured their Homewrecker Burrito with birria would be a flavor explosion. Unfortunately, that wasn't quite the case.The burrito itself was massive, which is always a plus. But the real letdown was the birria. It was just...bland. Birria is usually slow-cooked and bursting with savory goodness, but this tasted like generic shredded beef. The rest of the ingredients in the burrito were okay, but they couldn't save the main attraction.Overall, Moe's Southwest Grill left me wanting more. Two stars for a decent-sized burrito, but the flavor just wasn't there, especially for the price. If I'm craving birria, I'll be looking elsewhere.

The entire staff is Amazing!!! Very kind I always get tofu and they always have fresh made if not they will cook it for me so I do have fresh. The food is quite tasty and I go there as often as I can. Friendly staff and delicious food
