Love Moe's, food is always fantastic. Went there this afternoon, it was super slow. The lady who cashed me out was really polite and pleasant , but an older gentleman, ball cap, goatee with gray hair in it was extremely rude, for no apparent reason other than he must just be unhappy. I asked for some sauces on the side and it was like I'd asked him to go shovel tar. Customer service is just lost in a lot of places and it's very sad. This was extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning.

The entire staff is Amazing!!! Very kind I always get tofu and they always have fresh made if not they will cook it for me so I do have fresh. The food is quite tasty and I go there as often as I can. Friendly staff and delicious food

I think this location needs different leadership and more training on customer service. I have been a few times since they opened and some of the staff is okay but it seems like cashier who I presume to the be the manager (because he is in black) barely says two words. Barely a thank you or come back and see us. I went today and it was a different guy with the same result. Its a shame because they just opened. I will probably be going to a different location from now on.

My family and I visited this location today and ordered our food to go. Unfortunately once we opened our meal and began to eat at our home, ALL six of us mentioned that it wasn’t good. I wish I had read the reviews prior to visiting this location.We also experienced a lack of communication and customer service this afternoon. On the way to take my daughter to the restroom there was a puddle of water in the hallway, and the bathroom needed some attention. Unfortunately, it was just an unpleasant experience. We will not be revisiting this location again.

Solid burrito joint. Better than the other options in Smyrna. Add the Moe's sauce or Cayenne sauce and get the queso dip!!! Good stuff. Go on Mondays and get your burrito for $8. Can't beat that. This ain't no Chipotle chain either, it's locally owned and the people really seem to care.Vegetarian options: Wife eats vegetarian. No hidden meat in anything at this place (no lard/pork in the beans or anything like that.) Reliable.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan can all eat there. We get it catered sometimes because it's so versatile.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly and cheap options for feeding the kids. Good for the budget and the kids eat it all.

I usually like Moe's. This location, I fear (hope?), won't last. Took a while to get my food when there was only one other person inside, and when I did it wasn't as good as the Moe's in Murfreesboro, and for half a week after, my stomach ached.

When this location first opened, we tried it out for lunch. Good quality, friendly staff, nice portions. Second time we went. The portions were significantly less. Thought this may have just been a new member of the crew so we went again. This time it was the same smaller portions. Most likely will not visit again. No mo Moe’s.

Customer service HORRIBLE!!! Tried to place a take out order online and was only getting ground beef, tofu, and veggie as protein options so I called the store to see if they had the regular protein options available. The lady who initially answered was super nice and seemed to show genuine concern. She then put me through to the manager Jeff who got on and showed 0 concern about the issue. Never getting my money again. I actually prefer Moes over Chipotle but customer service wins every time for me, so it’ll be Chipotle from now on!
