Placed a curb side order and the young man brought me the wrong order. So I sit and wait 15 additional minutes and I see a car pull up and the young man take them a order and then they hand him an order back. He then brings that same order to me after the customer brought it back. I asked him what was he doing, he stated, what you dont want it. Really!!!! Where has this food been, who has touched it, breath on it. He stated, let me get my manager to see what we can do. I get out of my car to go inside and speak with the manger. Heavy set Caucasian male, very rude to be the General Manager. I myself am a General Manager and there's no way in hell I will ever give a customer food that someone returned to the store. You have lost a customer!

I was in yesterday 6/11/23 and will definitely be back. The food was good but our server, Danielle, was excellent! Will definitely be back and will request to be in her area best service in a long while! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Food=great. Everything was very good. Service= meh. Waited too long for everything. Our server was in the bar area, so I know that's a busy area, but just seemed like they weren't sure. About anything. All in all it was a good experience.

I used to love going to O Charley's. But this time really was just bad. The food was good. The service was terrible. Me and my family were seated with menus. After about 15 minutes, we let them know we're ready. Another 20 minutes went by. Servers and bartenders were walking around us, but nobody would take our order. So, we got up and started walking out. Out of nowhere, a fill in manager stopped us and waited on us by herself. We agreed to stay. But after that, I will probably never go back. If I want bad service, there's plenty of fast food restaurants that are half the price I paid here. It was a very disappointing visit.

We celebrated my granddaughter's graduation there. They allowed us to bring in our own cake (which my granddaughter made). Excellent server & the food was great.

The Bartender is totally awesome. Her name is Hope. I tried a cajun meal and it was really good. I love really spicy food so it needed more cajun seasoning for me. Hope is a very respectful young lady. She always used the word Sir when addressing me. You definitely have a great one in her. If I could I would give her a million stars ?

My husband and I had a great experience yesterday at the Smyrna O’Charleys. Our server, LaTasha was hands down one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. She was very professional and personable, she seemed to love her job and she did it very well!! LaTasha made sure our food was what we ordered and kept our drinks filled. Her interaction with us made our afternoon. When we go back I will make sure to ask for her. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

I ordered dinner through the Uber Eats app for this location tonight. Per the app my order was being prepared and the driver was on location to pick up our food. Over an hour after ordering, this restaurant CANCELED our order. They told Uber Eats it was because they were out of something we had ordered. Ok, let us know so we can order something else. But no call, nothing through the app, this location just canceled our $100 order for our family’s dinner. Leaving us to scramble for dinner elsewhere. I expect far better service from a restaurant, especially O’Charleys. I also expect better from Uber Eats. This shouldn’t be allowed.
I didn't know they changed the menu. I wanted the French dip but it was not available. I love the grilled chicken club so that's what I ordered. I guess that changed too... they sent a hard crusted hoagie bun with grilled Chicken and cheese. Nothing else I have called and emailed about this and got the run around.. I was told I would get a refund.

I was not happy at all with my recent pick up order at this location. All three of my orders looked and tasted as if it was left over from the previous day. The portions were horrible and child like. The rools we're hard and inedible. I literally had to take the soup back in because it was a watery mess. Not to mention, I left a $10.00 tip on a $60.00 pick up order, just to be disgusted when we arrived home to eat. I will be contacting upper management.

The food TASTED good enough, it just took a VERY long time to get to the table. The server was very attentive, but was powerless to move the kitchen along. The restaurant tried to cover the crowd noise with loud music CAUSING everyone in the restaurant to raise voices so the person next them could hear a conversation.

The three chicken slivers i ordered in my combo along with the “loaded” mac and cheese, which includes a sprinkle of cheese and some chives for 3 more dollars ? the last time i ordered from here the potato soup was undercooked and flavorless. It included hard chunks of potatoes in cold beige water. It would be expected if it was a fast food restaurant, but it’s not. Management needs to step up their game. I want my money back.On the contrary however, my delivery was packaged nicely and included everything + utensils.

Very very disappointed. We came here for my daughter’s 15th birthday and the customer service and hospitality was awful, as well as the food. Our steaks were gray and we were told that they’re supposed to look like that. Never in my life. We were so told that they don’t have a grill so their steaks go through a machine. We waited a long time for literally everything and wasn’t worth it all. The general manager, Michelle, is very rude and should be embarrassed to represent this company.
