Placed a curb side order and the young man brought me the wrong order. So I sit and wait 15 additional minutes and I see a car pull up and the young man take them a order and then they hand him an order back. He then brings that same order to me after the customer brought it back. I asked him what was he doing, he stated, what you dont want it. Really!!!! Where has this food been, who has touched it, breath on it. He stated, let me get my manager to see what we can do. I get out of my car to go inside and speak with the manger. Heavy set Caucasian male, very rude to be the General Manager. I myself am a General Manager and there's no way in hell I will ever give a customer food that someone returned to the store. You have lost a customer!

I had the most amazing meal. Why? You ask. The server. The food was so good but my girl Sage... she set the tone for the meal. When you feel that someone actually cares about you, it makes everything taste better. I kinda want to move here.

I was in yesterday 6/11/23 and will definitely be back. The food was good but our server, Danielle, was excellent! Will definitely be back and will request to be in her area best service in a long while! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Food=great. Everything was very good. Service= meh. Waited too long for everything. Our server was in the bar area, so I know that's a busy area, but just seemed like they weren't sure. About anything. All in all it was a good experience.

I used to love going to O Charley's. But this time really was just bad. The food was good. The service was terrible. Me and my family were seated with menus. After about 15 minutes, we let them know we're ready. Another 20 minutes went by. Servers and bartenders were walking around us, but nobody would take our order. So, we got up and started walking out. Out of nowhere, a fill in manager stopped us and waited on us by herself. We agreed to stay. But after that, I will probably never go back. If I want bad service, there's plenty of fast food restaurants that are half the price I paid here. It was a very disappointing visit.

We celebrated my granddaughter's graduation there. They allowed us to bring in our own cake (which my granddaughter made). Excellent server & the food was great.

Jay was very quick and efficient at the bar today during a midday rush. My Bayou Salmon came out quickly and was quite tasty! The manager on duty, Tiffany, dropped it off and took care of my coupon at the same time. She was very friendly! Both Tiffany and Jay checked on my meal to ensure quality. Restaurant looked clean as far as I could see. Everything checks out!

The Bartender is totally awesome. Her name is Hope. I tried a cajun meal and it was really good. I love really spicy food so it needed more cajun seasoning for me. Hope is a very respectful young lady. She always used the word Sir when addressing me. You definitely have a great one in her. If I could I would give her a million stars ?

My husband and I had a great experience yesterday at the Smyrna O’Charleys. Our server, LaTasha was hands down one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. She was very professional and personable, she seemed to love her job and she did it very well!! LaTasha made sure our food was what we ordered and kept our drinks filled. Her interaction with us made our afternoon. When we go back I will make sure to ask for her. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

The hostess, Ms. Michelle, deserves a 5 star rating alone. We visited two days in a row while passing through the town, she was the most genuine, kind and helpful to both me and my husband plus every other guest in the restaurant. Supreme customer service is hard to come by these days, but she is tops. We ordered the nachos from the happy hour menu, which was super sized for two, super tasty and $5! We also had the honey chicken and mashed sweet potatoes with broccoli -- all delicious. The next day we had the chicken pineapple bowl and enjoyed that as well. The manager and other team members were good, the place seemed clean except for the bathrooms hence the 4 stars. My husband literally went into the storage closet and cleaned the toilet seat himself and noted the poor smell and condition of the restroom then. We didn't know until after we had eaten and paid our check.

I have to say this is the worst meal I'd ever had in my life. The salads were good and the shrimp weren't bad and that's all we ate, everything else was taken home to the dog. It was our dog's bday and he seemed to enjoy it! The ribs were definitely old and had been reheated numerous times the one that did have meat on it was at least 3 different colors of meat. The steak which was ordered medium well looked like a burnt hamburger and they did bring another to replace the burnt one. I had lobster bisque.soup that was definitely spoiled and was told it was a house favorite and I suggEstes he get a bowl and let me watch him eat it. I described the taste as being eaten and vomiting it up and swallowing it, again. And who doesn't look forward to the rolls? Not me ever again they weren't even 1/2 inch thick and too tough to bite! The manager apologize, but we still paid $30 for 2 salads and his tea which she made the offer to put lemon in and that was the first thing brought without the lemon. Also, every table around us sent their food back!

I ordered dinner through the Uber Eats app for this location tonight. Per the app my order was being prepared and the driver was on location to pick up our food. Over an hour after ordering, this restaurant CANCELED our order. They told Uber Eats it was because they were out of something we had ordered. Ok, let us know so we can order something else. But no call, nothing through the app, this location just canceled our $100 order for our family’s dinner. Leaving us to scramble for dinner elsewhere. I expect far better service from a restaurant, especially O’Charleys. I also expect better from Uber Eats. This shouldn’t be allowed.

I didn't know they changed the menu. I wanted the French dip but it was not available. I love the grilled chicken club so that's what I ordered. I guess that changed too... they sent a hard crusted hoagie bun with grilled Chicken and cheese. Nothing else I have called and emailed about this and got the run around.. I was told I would get a refund.
