First of all I was made to wait until the doordashers were waited on first even though I was in line before them and was an actual paying customer.Then once I was waited on, I showed the young lady my text from the store confirming my order she asked me to verify the number I used as if showing her the text wasn't enough proof that I wasn't just trying to steal the food.Lastly, the food was horrible. The shrimp was cold, there were hard, rock like objects in the food and the fried rice tasted burnt. It was disgusting. I will NEVER eat here again.

The food was not good. Most dishes had a lot of onion and fillers not a lot of meat. The servings are smaller than they used to be and the containers are smaller. It doesn't look as appetizing as it used to be.

The food at panda is always going to be pretty solid. Not much can get messed up there it’s a uniform process. The problem w this spot is the service. I got in line and basically watched 7 cars go by with their orders most cars with 2 people in them. This guy Wilbur working the window is a beast. He serves the food with excellence and just gets orders done quickly. No fuss just a man in his element. So as I watched those service cars go by I stood there for 15 minutes. The only guy in line. Finally, Adel came over the manager. He apologizes to me about the wait and then proceeds to serve me a meal only fit for a field louse. Skimped me on the low Mein and bringing beef. It’s as if he measured it so that it was even with the tray walls on the inside. I couldn’t believe it. Make a man wait then skimp him to save cost. Cmon adel. The only good call he made that day was putting Wilbur at the drive thru. Outside of that you belong in McDonald’s. As for the rest of the staff they were super polite and attentive. Best advice. Hit the drive through Wilbur will hook it up.

They really need to develop a better system for online orders. The Asian lady didn’t greet me when I picked up my order. However, she demanded to see proof of Traci’s pickup order. As if I have to lie about my name. ? Definitely won’t be back.
I ordered the Black Pepper Steak, String Chicken and Honey Chicken along with chow mein for dinner today. I have never had such painful food poisoning in my life. I will never eat at a Panda Express ever

The guy taking my order was very nice but this establishment has really let itself go. Just spent $15 on a “plate” and eggroll, no drink. They handed my food to me at the same time as payment, they don’t even pretend it’s freshly cooked. My eggroll was soggy and looked old and refried. The portions are noticeably smaller- - spoonful of sides and the rice was sparse too with the audacity to charge more while giving less. I could usually get 2 full servings out of this plate, now it’s definitely a 1 pass meal. I stopped eating at the chain when they were caught giving less food than we paid for (charging me full price and only giving a portion of what came with it) and I see nothing has changed- still a greedy company who could really upgrade their serving policies like they have managed to upgrade the prices.

After trying a new Teryaki place that served me food fit for the trash I decided to give Panda Express the good review they've earned from me over the YEARS. Always fresh and clean tasting, always good. I eat all of whatever I've ordered from P E every time. Orders always right. Foods always good n hot. Service is always A+. My only criticism is that the meat portions should be larger. But over all its pretty great!
Food is still pretty good. While quality has slipped ever so slightly since the takeoff of Panda Express, I still enjoy my meal, every time.
