I wish I would have thought to ask their names, however the man checked us out and asked if we wanted our food done in or to go we chose dine in. He was super nice! We got our drinks sat down and a woman come around the corner and told us we had to take it to go they were closing in 10 min (COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE!) just the simple fact she had a nasty attitude about it!!! Then we get our food and it wasn’t even completely correct! Very disappointing!

The staff are so friendly I skip other Panera bread locations to come to this one.
There's a charity that picks up the baked goods that aren't sold at the end of each evening. The server, seeing that I'm an imam, volunteered to inform me that the charity of that coming evening wasn't able to make it, and offered it to our Mosque.
Our community is very thankful to this kind of generosity. With C community collaboration opportunities like these we can serve more meals to needy and vulnerable people.
Thanks to the management for the kind tip.
I also encourage more successful business managers to connect with their local charity, church, synagogue, or mosque to help out their food cupboard.

Stopped there at 6:04 am today and ordered a blueberry bagel at the drive through. There was one car ahead of me. When I finally get to the window at 6:20 am, I was informed they just run out of blueberry bagels. How can you open at 6 am and already be out of blueberry bagels at 6:20?

I have been to this Panera Bread location at least 3 times in the past month. I must say every time I have come on the past 3 visits, I have been very pleased with my service and food. A huge shout out and thank you is due to, Antwion. His level of service was unmarried because he was very knowledgeable about the menu, the food, desserts, drinks, deals, etc. More importantly, he knew exactly how to provide a service of patience, suggestions, honesty, and overall just great people skills! Antwion knows how to treat customers well so that they will want to come back to this location. Impressive service, Anwion! Keep it up!

Whoever is hiring these people needs to be fired. Some of the staff work hard and are helpful but most are not. I get quicker and more efficient service going through a Wendy’s drive thru. Anytime I go through the drive thru, even if it’s just me, I expect to wait at least 5 minutes for a simple order. If there are multiple people in the drive thru, wait times can easily reach 10-15 minutes most times. The location is in a good spot, and I like the food, but whoever is managing that place needs to be replaced.
This location is the worst now. I got a fruit and yogurt parfait. It barely had granola and they didn't give me any fruit. None! I also got a four cheese souffle It was burned. I know not to go back to this location, if I forget and do I know to check my bag at all times.

I have been to Panera 2x in the past 4 months. The food is EXCELLENT! The staff is GREAT. My complaint is that the tables are NEVER clean. I cleaned my own table each time but this shouldn't be happening. I wish the inside was kept clean. The food and staff are great but the lack of cleaning the tables shouldn't be happening.
