I worked here years ago. We had a standard of customer service, and that's gone far out the window. Sat in the drive through for almost 20 minutes with one car in front of us, and all they ordered was one cookie. I got a bowl of mac and cheese. They didn't even know what my order was. They almost handed me the food for the person behind me. Theres no reason it should take 20 minutes just to get a cookie and mac and cheese. I don't know who took over management but this business needs a reeducation course on what they're doing. Haven't had panera in easily 2 years and this trip solidified it'll be at least another 2 before I go to another

Excellent location with super easy access from I24. Very clean and well managed. Offering baked goods, even sourdough bread when we visited. Food was well made and prepared quickly. Awesome service, Chris took our orders and he was very friendly and professional. We like Panera, and visit them frequently when traveling. This location is one of the best Panera locations we have visited. Plenty of parking Located about 1/4 mile east of I24 on Sam Ridley Parkway. You will go to the light just past the Panera and make a u-turn to get to the location.

Food always tastes great but the drive thru really needs to speed up. Several times it has taken 25+ minutes to pick up online orders.

I live in Alabama and live coming to this Panera when I come to Smyrna. I'm in a hotel so I asked the young fella with glasses at the drive thru for plates and he looked as if he had a problem with going in the back to get two. He looked as if I was taking money out of his check. I also didn't get a knife. Thankfully the hotel had some. Food was fresh though.
