I found a strand of hair in my cheese pizza a couple weeks ago. spoke to a Jessica on the phone she stated she’d put a credit on my number. couple weeks later i tried to pick up the replacement and an middle aged white man with few teeth whom i spoken to was very shaken and defensive quickly. I asked to speak to jessica. he stated” i can’t give out my employees names” while shaking with a trembling voice which was strange because that’s not what i asked . I began to show him the picture and he stayed “ i can take pictures too.” “u did not order from this store”
i don’t know what the defensiveness was from considering i was very calm and had a low tone and he still asked me to speak lower. do not eat here. 0/10 !!

When considering my most recent experience, our pizzas were all-in-all fairly good (opinion naturally varying here in accordance with one's general liking (or nah) of Papa Johns). However, both large pizzas that comprised our order were more-or-less botched...

When customizing our order, a few friends and I chose to order two pizzas and 'split' both pizzas into two separate halves, each having its own unique set of toppings—this gave us more variety as we all preferred different various toppings. When ordering via the app, splitting a pizza in this way is absolutely no biggie... when the ordering cadence asks you to choose your desired toppings, you simply click the icon illustrating a 'split' pizza with two separate halves (vs. default selection—an icon depicting a whole pizza receiving a single set of toppings) and proceed by selecting your desired toppings for each half/side.

To be succinct… when our order arrived and was subsequently unboxed, it was quite clear that the ONLY similarity between what we ordered and what was actually delivered was the # of pizzas. 😳🙅🏼‍♂️

I was told that the online service isn't working and that I needed to order by phone. Lady on the phone said that a 1 large pepperoni pizza would be 27 dollars delivered. I said id wait to order when the online service started working. Got an email saying pizza was being delivered and got hung up on 7 times in a row when pressing option 5 on the phone. Option 5 is the cancelation button.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!! Arrived 45 mins late, and ZERO reimbursement for the delivery fee or anything. I’m busy, not lazy. I paid extra for it to be delivered at a specific time. If I wasn’t busy. I would have gotten it myself.

I’m very disappointed in my order I paid $51.39 and tipped the delivery driver on the site. I put specific details about my apt and the apt#. I even called to check on my order because I was waiting 15 minutes or even more for my delivery and they said it was getting delivered. Next thing you know my order got canceled and I tried speaking to Tim the manager who was very rude and tried to accuse me that I didn’t put the correct info to my address and they have called me which I didn’t get a call. I never had this problem with any other delivery services. I’m never ordering at that location again.

Placed an online order for pickup at 1:00, confirmation email had it for 11:00. Called at 10:00 when store opened and told them it was for 1:00 and was told they understood. Order sat for hours and was cold when gotten home. Avoid ordering from here.

Placed online order on three separate occasions over the past couple weeks. Order was placed through almaville Rd store, but somehow ended up going through Nissan. The orders never arrived. Followed tracking and door dash took to a totally different address, that appeared the be on the other side of town. Door dash driver on the last order called a d all I could understand was he didn't speak English. Called manager. Said they would remake order and resend. An hour later, I still had no order. Called manager again and he offered a store credit. Told him I was done with Papa John's and I wanted a refund because I would not be ordering again. He said he would block orders from my number. Not a problem there, because I would not be calling.We have had this address for twenty years and used Papa John's and not until door dash have we had delivery issues.I also called their corporate office to file a complaint and was told someone from the management team within 48 hours. It's now been a week and still no call. Apparently, not interested in losing a customer. There are two different people that place orders from this address. Mine are small orders, but my brother usually orders anywhere from $70-$100.
