As a GM in hospitality I usually am pretty forgiving of horrible service but I’m going to have to make an exception today. This review will focus specifically on the product as I ordered delivery and didn’t have an in store experience. Delivery time wasn’t bad but when the pizza showed up it was horrible! I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and some cheese sticks, what I got was a cold and old plain cheese pizza with a few pepperoni on it and some half dead old cheese sticks that clearly were made either earlier in the morning or the day before! What makes it worse is that before I could even write this review I received an email that stated “ we are sorry that your order was not delivered to our usual standards” as they knew they sent out a bad product and let it go anyway! All they offered was 50% off an original priced item on a future order!! Just sad. You got to do better.

I went in for pick up and they wouldn't break a 100 dollar bill. Told me to go break it at Wal Mart and come back. So I used a card. Pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and other half green olives and pineapple. Got it home and it was all pepperoni and 3 slices olive and and pineapple. The staf had no personality and they all looked dirty.ill take my business to almaville papa johns. Y'all are nasty.

If you want your order to be correct, do yourself a favor and order carry out.Twice in a row I’ve ordered delivery and twice in a row, I’ve received the most absurd, inaccurate orders. They are the exact opposite of what I’ll order electronically. This last time I ordered The Works with no olives. They pizza arrived for my mom who was house-sitting and it was literally a pizza with cheese and black olives…I understand people mess up, but twice in a row within two weeks? The staff needs retraining. If I wanted to have a headache trying to correct dinner plans for an hour, I’d have made dinner myself. At least then it would be correct and I’d save myself some money.

This place is absolutely horrible. I tried to made a birthday order late at night to prepare for my birthday party tomorrow. Mary Helen is an absolute nightmare! She is so rude and not understanding at all. She screamed at me on the phone. When I told her my situation she was so rude and was not up to giving suggestions. I once came to the store and it smelled like cigarettes. Take your business elsewhere. This place is filthy. The employees are all jerks and the pizza is HORRIBLE. I'd rather eat a frozen pizza.

Apparently you can’t order past 11:00 or they’ll cancel your order with no refund. Also last pizza was cold. GET IT TOGETHER.

In September of 2022, I placed an online order that was partially delivered. I contacted the store to let them know I did not receive all of my order. The employee I spoke with relayed what had happened to the manager then informed me that the missing items could be delivered with my next order since I was not willing to wait another hour for delivery that night. I placed another online order tonight and called the store to ask them to please add the missing items from my previous order. After speaking with multiple employees, I was told they would not give missing items from my prior order since there was not a note on my account. No big deal, but I politely informed the employee that I will not be ordering ever again based on the principle. I asked her what I should have done to prevent this from happening, and her response was that I did everything right, but the employee should have left a note and since there was not a note on my account, they could not just give me free food. I was floored. The supervisor told me that he was texting the GM so my advice is to get pizza elsewhere. 0 Accountability at this location.
