I go in this specific papa johns a lot from door dashing, and we have made this store our official at home ordering place. Because they food is always hot and fresh and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. Really shocks me that this store has such low ratings.

The quality of pizza is way down. I ordered Hawaiian and all it had was just a few pineapple slices and no ham. The dough didn't taste right. I don't believe it to be hand tossed like they used to be. They need to bring back the founder of the company because this is unacceptable for a pizza pie.

My order was incorrect and the manager I spoke with accused me of ordering the wrong thing. I do not appreciate this as a paying customer. I did however eventually get what I ordered. Also, coincidentally right after eating this pizza, I had a migraine and felt nauseous for the next 24 hours.

I ordered takeout pizza online then I went to pick up after I got text messages that said ready to pick up. But the lady said Not ready yet and she gave me 20min more. After 20min again she said ‘not ready’ then I was confused and asked her what is the reason for this. Finally she told us that they forgot the pizza in Oven. That’s weird because they are doing something purposeful evil.

I ordered a medium New York crust pizza with extra cheese and sausage, WELL DONE, for delivery.
Delivery was relatively quick, but the pizza was extremely disappointing.
Extra cheese? Not so much... The pizza didn't have 'Extra Cheese'. It looked more like 'Light Cheese'. Very disappointing.
Well done? Not at all... In fact, the crust was so under-cooked that it stuck to the bottom of the box.
Picking a slice from the box resulted in a torn half-slice because the middle of the pizza stuck to the box.
Eating the half-torn slice was like eating raw dough - or school-room paste. Disgusting..
Maybe leftovers would be better? Nope.
I re-heated a few slices in my air fryer and the crust was still undercooked and paste-like.
I ended up throwing away half of this pizza that I paid $25 for.
I've ordered from this store many times, but this is the last time.
Do not expect a quality product from this Papa John's store.

Order was on time, but that’s the only positive point. Order was supposed to be half pepperoni and half the works plus pineapple. It was all the works. Pineapple pieces (all 10 of them) were so small you had to search for them. Ditto on some other items. Soggy. Pretty much tasteless. Probably one of the worst pizzas I ever tasted. Waste of money.
