Good pizza but they won't communicate delays. People have waited for over an hour for pizza and they never informed new orders that the was a long delay. Pending orders just kept getting told longer cook times.

The experience at this Pizza Hut location is routinely a bit frustrating. Wait times consistently surpass that of their competitors, with Papa John’s preparing its pies ~10-15 mins faster on average. What’s more, it doesn’t seem to matter whether the restaurant is busy or not. And while the staff isn’t necessarily rude, they tend to be rather inattentive and come across as disorganized.
The food itself is fine (if you enjoy Pizza Hut 🍕), but if you plan to order pick-up or delivery, be prepared to wait longer than expected.

I can truly see why all of the stars for the manager are one start. The manager here (MADISON) is terrible! No customer service skills at all. The reason for the empty lobby. I hadn’t eaten Pizza Hut in years due to a terrible experience. I see nothing has changed. Order pizza elsewhere (as I did).

Very unprofessional, I ordered an order for delivery, but I never received my order, I call and the manager just said: I'm sorry that you didn't received your order, you would received it next time, really!!! They should be more friendly and comprehensive with the customers.

Pizza Hut seems to be going back to some of its old methods, which is a good thing. The quality has gone up a bit. Its definitely closer to old school Pizza Hut. Delivery driver arrived before the estimated arrival time as well.

I cannot believe Pizza Hut used doordash and handed my food to somebody that did not speak a word of English. This is outrageous
Ordered online at the Pizza Hut website for delivery was given a total for my delivery and chose to pay cash. Received order, delivered by DoorDash, and order was incorrect. Called the store number and contacted a call center that told me I would receive a call back from the store. Instead of receiving a callback I received a text message saying they were bringing me what they forgot but I would need to pay an additional $23 for 8 boneless wings that they did not bring me on the original order. Called back and all they did was cancel th order. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again.

After placing my order over the phone with a girl who sounded half asleep and being told that it would be delivered in 30-35 minutes, I called them 50 minutes later and they had no record of me my address or my phone number in their system. If you want to get your food, I suggest never calling this location and going to Salvo’s which i should have done in the first place. My fault.

Been about 2 mths & I thought I would try again. Since this is the only thing I choose to eat, rather than McDonald's after 10pm. Same issue. I type or always ask for well done pizza and wings but not burned. And always get my pizza not done & never hot like it just came out the oven. Look at Pic. Doesn't look well done, nor even cooked. The wings weren't well done either. Threw away b4 taking pics of the wings. So maybe I just need to give up on this location pizza hut. How I feel since every time I order well done, and always get personal pan or large pizza that seems to never be cooked. Same for the chicken. Never seems to be fresh, nor cooked completely, just drowned in sauce. Hate spending my money, and always getting u cooked & not fresh food.
