I had this problem once before and I figured it might have been an off day but at this point it is the standard apparently.

This is the first time I've bought chicken here. It didn't seem fully cooked, and the breading was very salty. I specifically asked if they could give me thigh and leg, as shown in the flyer, but they only gave me breast and wing. I ordered three orders of three pieces each, and all three were the same. I realized this when I got home. It was absolutely disgusting and it's going in the trash, I would have much preferred McDonald's. Here is a picture of what I ordered and what I received.

The food was not fresh. Chicken was dry and the sauce they give you is terrible.The fries were worse than the chicken at least a couple hours old and cold. Now to the beans you literally can’t eat then. They taste like chili beans out of a can that have been sitting for a couple days.The prices are ridiculous high for what you get and it all sucks. $17.29 for the meal with 2 sides. If you are up for an overpriced fast food meal that is terrible then this is your place. Oh you better go pretty quick there was one 2 people in the joint at 6pm and that is counting me. They won’t be in business long unless something happens but I think the damage is done.

Wow that chicken was awesome!! The plantains are a great option for a side! The food was cooked perfectly, and that was the fastest I've ever gotten through a drive through. Ill stop by here next chance I get!!

The chicken is good but the sides and drinks didn't taste good at all. The girl at the drive through window was very ride and rushing me while no one was behind me. I didn't make more than 3 minutes to order but she must have been in a rush. Won't be going back thanks to the bad service.
I ordered a family combo and it arrived in 20 minutes the workers are not very friendly they just looked at me badly every time I asked for something it is the second time I went to eat the first time was 3 months ago and the only worker who treated me well was a tall boy and with his friend a girl with short hair they were both very kind to me and gave the atmosphere in that place but unfortunately that atmosphere has already been lost and all the workers only talk to each other and do not serve the tables the tables were dirty they take a long time to give the order and if the client is going to claim their order they talk badly or get very bad character
