I ordered from here for my daughters graduation party. Not only was the food ready at pick-up, the chicken and sides were delicious as well! Love this store, definitely recommend!

Arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order and was told they were out of mashed potatoes. Clearly on the online order, I asked to be called if they were out of an item. Had I known, I would’ve changed the order. I was given the option to choose another side at the drive-thru window, but I didn’t want another side. I ended up getting potato wedges, which were less than impressive. Then, I also ordered six biscuits with honey butter (and paid for them). But, they were not in the bags when I got home. The fried chicken was OK. The mac and cheese was tasteless. This was my first and, likely my last, time at Rock Springs Kitchen. Such a disappointing experience.
