We stopped here for my son's birthday dinner and ordered the Cajun Chicken Alfredo pizza and Lasagna. And for desert chocolate cake, red velvet cheesecake, and tiramisu. It was absolutely delicious. The boys devoured the pizza and I still had salad, breadsticks and Lasagna leftover. The Lasagna was more sauce heavy than cheesy but it was very good. I would go there again. As for the atmosphere it is literally a hole in a wall about 10ft wide.and maybe 10 feet from door to ordering. It's definitely like a cute mom and pop place and is very much more a takeout than a dine in. I only deducted the 1 star primarily for the extension cords that dangled from the ceiling and daisy chained multiple plugs. Then there were pallets of soda next to the refrigerator but if that's my only complaint it's definitely a place I'd go to again. And it is very reasonably price and the service was great!

After a long day of travel, I asked the front desk at my hotel the best place to eat or have food delivered, and I was handed a menu to order from my room. Finally got settled, relaxed, and still hungry... I followed up on my order to find out that it had been canceled via email, and they're unable to deliver.
It is unfortunate for the hotel to recommend food to guests only to find out it can't be delivered.

Very disappointed with my recent visit. I don’t typically go to this pizza place, and this experience confirmed why. I arrived at the restaurant at the designated pickup time—when the order was marked as ready—but was completely ignored by the staff. I waited 45 minutes before receiving any part of my order, and even then, it was incomplete. I had to wait even longer for the rest of the food to. Overall, the service was unprofessional and inefficient. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Looks like the problems come from the delivery company NOT Romas. Pizza was great- Fresh ingredients cooked just like we ordered. Will definitely be back!

Terrible service, crappy pizza. It took over an hour to receive my pizza and, surprise surprise, it was cold and tasted like cardboard. And when I called to complain I got attitude! There are many more places to get food in Smyrna and surrounding area, go somewhere else!

I picked up a doordash order here around 11:30 on 4-16-25. The thug working there completely ignored me so I rang the counter bell to get his attention. He finally came up front with an attitude and took his sweet time completing the order. It included a canned coke and the cooler up front was out. I called for his help twice and he ignored me. Terrible customer service.

Ordered for pickup was told 809 pm at 745. Got there to pick up around 815 order hadn’t been started. Waited in the store for another 35 minutes before I got my food. At least it was hot but that’s about all I can say for this place

The app said my order was out for delivery and expected to arrive at 1pm. I called at 1:15pm, and was told it was on its way, but they could give me no more information (I should note that they didn't ask who I was or any other information about my order).
It is now 1:22pm, the app still says it is expected to arrive at 1pm, and I have no pizza.
First off my pizza was over 35 min. late and when called the person was very nonchalant. And to top it off the driver was wearing flip flops with his feet out

I wish I could rate the food, but I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half, and still don’t have it. We keep being told “ten more minutes” but it’s been an hour and a half. This will be the last time I ever order from them. Don’t know if I will ever see my food this evening.
