This place use to be nice and neat, I don't understand why is so dirty, if you selling smoothies, the environment should be clean, this is a disaster đŸ˜«, Restroom are so bad, floors are not clean, seem like people shave on the Restrooms.

They close at 9 and arrived at 8:35 pm and apparently they were “all out” of every single açaí bowl. When leaving I heard them whispering to each other and you could tell they just didn’t want to do them since they were prepping for close. I usually love smoothie king but was disappointed in the service of not wanting to help. Didn’t even try to offer anything else instead of bowls

10 in the morning Monday March 10.
Employees messed up this expensive bowl where I added extra to it and left it out, and instead of letting me know before bringing it to curbside there was added another ingredient in there. What if I couldn't of had it and I was allergic? Please it's not that hard to let us know and I wouldn't be as mad as I am now. Missing utensils when bringing out this 35.00$ order and the drinks weren't even filled. It'd be out of my way to ask for a remake or even a refund now because the store is across the interstate. I blame management for the bad service and employees. Do better.

Last Friday I was extremely dissatisfied with my service. I ordered a smoothie online for a pickup time of 10:30, when I called at 10:36 to have someone bring it to curbside parking. The man who answered said “I don’t see that you placed an order” I then said well the app says it’s completed. I proceed to tell him my name again.. and he says it’s not there
 So I come in the store and show the cashier my receipt and she immediately says
 did you look in the pickup tray. It was literally the only smoothie in there. DID YOUR EMPLOYEE look in the pickup tray when I called and he just wasted my time coming in here. It wouldn’t have been an issue if I wasn’t in a rush AND you literally have a curbside pickup sign. So you must still be doing curbside pickups. I won’t be spending $7-$8 on rudeness.

I don’t even pay that much for my avocado toast or my coffee. Literally scamming people for syrup with fruit and some ice. ?????

I will just wait for the next local reasonable business to capitalize on this ridiculous price gouging scam.

Employee did not arrived be to open the shop until 6:29am. The hours of operation says that they’re open Monday-Friday at 6:30am. Consequently, my order was not taken until 6:36am. Very unprofessional

I went to get my usual smoothie, which I’ve been ordering for two years, but they told me they can’t make it anymore and won’t allow substitutions. It's frustrating because I just had the same smoothie from there a week ago. And I was informed that this has been the standard at this location for years. Somethings not adding up.

I come here often I enjoy the smoothies. Today I got my usual smoothie cashier told me my total was $7.56 I gave him $10.56 my change should have been $3. He handed me $2.44 I told him It was Incorrect. He argued with me and Insisted It was $2.44. Again I told him No 10.56-7.56=3.00 he then told me he didn't want to use the change and I could have the 56 cents back. THAT IS NOT YOUR DECISION TO MAKE. I paid 10.56 because I wanted dollers back If I wanted extra change I would have only given the 10.00. All In all It was strange having to argue simple math with someone behind a cash register. Hopefully In the future he can manage the transaction without getting frustrated and acting like I'm the problem.
