Slow, order ahead

Came back from a trip and ordered a smoothie online, paid for it on the app.Pulled in and saw 4 employees standing around talking not doing anything .Sat in front of the building with my lights on for about 10 minutes and then realized I wasn’t in front of the curbside sign(which I quickly fixed) and then sat another 10 minutes. All employees saw me and not one came out to address me.I finally got fed up and went inside where all 4 were still doing absolutely nothing and told them I had an online order which then they pointed at the very end of the counter and didn’t move a finger to assist me, didn’t ask for my name or anything.I proceeded to pick up the only order in their curbside area (why call it curbside if they don’t bring it out?) and as I was leaving they snickered under their breath and told me to have a good night. When I got back to my car I realized my order was incorrect but at that point I was so disgusted by the display I witnessed that I decided I won’t be back.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and made my order just the way that I like it!! This is my favorite location!!

Great customer service. I had no idea what I wanted when I walked in, I told the nice gentleman I just wanted something with chocolate, peanut butter and banana but low sugar. He immediately knew what I wanted and it tasted amazing. He didn't rush me, he explained the menu and put a smile on my face.

I love this smoothie king location! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always gotten the same smoothie.

Recently, I went and had the best, pleasant interaction with Jonathan. I wanted to try something other than my usual Peanut Power Plus. He asked what I usually got and inquired about flavors that I enjoy. He was so patient, helpful, and welcoming! Thanks so much, Jonathan! I now have a new go-to smoothie.

I absolutely love this place, it’s always clean and the customer service there is excellent. There’s one employee in particular that always greets me with a beautiful smile… Robert is his name and I just want you to know you, Rock!

The store was very clean and very kept up. Staff was excellent and got me out the door quickly.

I love this Smoothie King! Every time I visit it’s clean and staff are very friendly. A very bubbly employee named Kayleigh, always bring me my smoothie when I’m ordering from curbside! She’s so sweet and kind. Her smile and kind words brighten my day!

When i first walked i noticed the place was VERY clean much cleaner than any “fast food” place ive ever eaten at. The service was also pretty amazing no one was rude or even glared at me as i find some people do. The guy who took my order (Charles) waited on me for a bit since i didnt know what i wanted he offered a recommendation and asked me what i liked. Ultimately i land on the pb swizzel which a funny name but it was pretty good would definitely recommend this establishment!
