Horrible experience every time I come here the customer service is unbearable. Every time I go to get a ball or order food the workers are always so disrespectful and rude. Not once have I ever even seen a smile on a workers face here, constant negativity coming from them. No manners, horrendous major attitude, JUST RUDE. I would not recommend not a friendly environment.

Back again to watch my youngest son at a college tourney (Go University of Mobile Rams!!).... Still think this place is quite nice... Notice the tubes people are holding... They are periscope tubes so they can see! How cool is that!! If I lived in Smyrna, here is where I would bowl. Come on and check them out!

Cannot thank ALBERT enough for his SUPERB service!!! He took care of our EIGHT 4th grade classes during a field trip at the bowling center. From booking, to giving us clear and precise information, to sorting our children’s shoes IN THE ORDER they bowled, he was fantastic. We had a lot of hiccups as we bowled; such as the bowling balls getting stuck, kids complaining about their shoes, etc. He was ready and eager to help EVERY CHILD! This man deserves a raise and all the praise in the world!! THANK YOU, ALBERT! God bless you!!!!

The rudest employees at a bowling alley. Completely shocked at the lack of customer service at this alley. Such a shame I was thinking of bowling every week at this alley since it's close by but I'll stick to other bowling alley in Smyrna

Always a clean facility to enjoy bowling and times with others. We catered a 40-person breakfast, and it was fresh and delicious. Real eggs really make a difference. If you're looking for an off-site meeting space with food, please consider SBC as a viable option.
