Games out of order and people were trying to break the lanes and equipment while there. The snack bar person barely said a word, I got a drink and fries and he just handed me my change and drink and didn’t say anything. I looked around and finally found the ketchup and napkins for the fries I got. As for the sketchy people that were there. I saw a man kick the ball return, the tables/chairs, and another grown man use bumper guards and keep hurling a ball into them hard as he could. The people beside us kept trying to slide themselves down the lane and not once did I see anybody working there at the front until we left. The place is really nice otherwise though.

I purchased a card with 200 games however when I came to bowl this evening I was told it would only be good for 50% off games. It is poor customer service to go back on offers, had I known that I would not have purchased the card in the first place.

Wasted $24 on the jukebox for nothing today. Stupid tournament was too sensitive to noise and they wouldn't refund my money. LAME!!! I spend $120 every month on their stupid juke box but not anymore.
