This was my first time visiting but surely won’t be my last. I love their protein shakes and teas they do not have weird aftertaste at all. So for someone who is trying watch they weight and want something good this is the place to be. I highly recommend trying them out. LaShanda and G are the best! Great customer service.
Amazingly great!!! No chalky medicine after taste. Delicious shakes, bowls, and teas. Wendy is so wonderful. Very sweet and kind. Made me feel welcome and very knowledgeable of the products and programs available. Please treat yourself and stop by. You'd be glad you did.

I’ve came across this place off of searching “ Smoothie Shops “ in the area & soon as I enter, I felt very welcomed. Ms. Shonda has been incredibly nice & the explanation with what health benefits that comes into your beverage your drinking! I’ve been to this place two times now & both the tea & smoothie drink has been very tasty! I highly recommend any & everybody in the area to stop by & get yourself a drink, you won’t regret it! ??
