DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A NUT ALLERGY!!!!! We ordered an OREO BLAST (not containing peanuts) and found CHUNKS of Reese’s in it. We then called and asked if they were cleaning their shake machines between uses and were told they were, but when confronted about the Reese’s chunks, ABBEY was incredibly rude and blamed us as if we were the problem. My friend had an allergic reaction because of their carelessness, and they couldn’t even give information when we asked to speak to a higher up. Mistakes happen, but this could’ve ended way worse.
Edit: I just spoke to the store manager, Chris, and he was incredibly professional and he was also upset about how the situation was handled. He definitely made things right and assured us he would talk to his employees, so thank you Chris!

Drove up and the the person taken the order asked me to wait. So I waited. The car next to me hit her call button. She takes their order and she had disconnected me red button. I hit the button again and she told me to hold. If you were not going to take my order why it my button. The manager who seemed like a high school student said there was one person taken the orders and they were busy. Well hire more workers. You had 3 or 4 people running orders. Have one stop to help out. Or the dumb person that said they were the manger could have helped out. Seems like you people are stupid and common sense dose not work at your location.

Just went through the drive-through at 6:30 on a Wednesday evening to get a couple of slushes a real fruit slush on top of that strawberry. No half price no app just wanted something. It came to $6.78 for two medium real fruit/strawberry gave the lady a dollar tip through the drive-through Drove off, not knowing that there was no strawberry in the real fruit slush went back to the drive-through to complain, the girl took them from us and remade them. The other girl at the window seemed like it was an inconvenience and had an attitude. Very young kids need to get better service

went in the drive thru and ordered two super sonic breakfast burritos. Well we got tomatoe burritos. The tater totes weren't in them. very little of anything but onion and tomato. they wonder why they don't have alot of business. I want be going back there
Went to treat myself to an ice cream for Mother’s Day. Lost my son to cancer at 4 years old so I wanted to cry in my Oreo blast. Literally one Oreo broken in 1/2 and vanilla ice cream… should it be mixed in and more than one Oreo.. this location is the worst but close to home so I always went back, not anymore. Learned long ago the franchise owner cares more about flirting with his teen employees than about customer care. Not to mention originally girl came out with the wrong blast, went inside with my card then came back out to ask again what I want. So, I ordered at the speaker in the drive thru, she brings wrong I tell her what it should be she comes out to ask again… 3x! All this time she has my card then comes with my vanilla ice cream clearly not an Oreo blast, tells me she will be back… assuming my card is inside still she goes in and comes out with a receipt around my card and I leave, go across the street for gas and realize the card she had the reciept around was an empty Sonic gift card… where the hell is my card?!? This was intentional! I’ve remained super kind/polite and sincere but not any longer!

I go to Sonic all the time. I love their drinks. Saturday morning on my way to work I stopped to get a half/half lemonade/tea. The sign says large drinks 1.59 before 10am. I got to the window and she said $4.05 I said what about 1.59 before 10am. She told me that didn't apply to mix drinks. I told her that's funny because it did the day before. She said I can't make it ring up that way. I should have just left it but I didn't. I paid $4.05 for a sonic Arnold Palmer. For $4.05 it should have been a mixed drink. :) I want do that again.

Please read. I’m a grown man writing a review about Sonic right now, that should tell you everything. Ordered a milkshake and a burger. Sat there for 30 minutes going back and forth about my order, got out of my car and requested the manager. Manager stood me up again. 9 people pulled up and got their food while I waited. JUST on the station next to me. 20+ pulled up at the whole restaurant and got their food. They got my order wrong, overcharged me, put 2 burgers on my order instead of the ONE I ordered. Never got back to me, stood me up for 30 minutes. What did I do?? Simple milkshake and burger. Ended up getting pissed and me and my fiancée got in an argument. All because of Sonic. Smh So, I pulled out and left and went to the drive through. Person on the intercom asked me what I wanted to order then I blew my car horn as loud as I could in her ear. Left and went to McDonalds right beside Sonic, got my milkshake and burger in 3 minutes. Terrible Manager, terrible employees. They all seemed like they were high on something.i wouldn’t let it ruin my night but it was close. Stay away. I haven’t ate their in years and thought I would give it a try again. Bad decision.
