Please read. I’m a grown man writing a review about Sonic right now, that should tell you everything. Ordered a milkshake and a burger. Sat there for 30 minutes going back and forth about my order, got out of my car and requested the manager. Manager stood me up again. 9 people pulled up and got their food while I waited. JUST on the station next to me. 20+ pulled up at the whole restaurant and got their food. They got my order wrong, overcharged me, put 2 burgers on my order instead of the ONE I ordered. Never got back to me, stood me up for 30 minutes. What did I do?? Simple milkshake and burger. Ended up getting pissed and me and my fiancée got in an argument. All because of Sonic. Smh So, I pulled out and left and went to the drive through. Person on the intercom asked me what I wanted to order then I blew my car horn as loud as I could in her ear. Left and went to McDonalds right beside Sonic, got my milkshake and burger in 3 minutes. Terrible Manager, terrible employees. They all seemed like they were high on something.i wouldn’t let it ruin my night but it was close. Stay away. I haven’t ate their in years and thought I would give it a try again. Bad decision. Now look at me, a grown me writing a review about Sonic lol THATS HOW BAD IT WAS

I ordered one item (turtle truffle blast) It was incorrect (peanut butter blast). I was sad. I didn't hit the button again because it looked like there were only two girls and they were hustling! I don't really care for peanut butter, but we were already leaving anyway.

While taking my order the worker kept laughing and was distracted she kept rushing me asking multiple times if “that was all or anything else” didn’t even repeat my order or gave me the total… very disappointed on their service ☹️☹️☹️

She brings my food lid not secure drink spills all over me and in my car. Refunds my money and refused to get me the general manager. Laughs when I tell her I will find out who.it is ruins the inside of my car this place is ridiculous

Tell me WHY there were several pieces of styrofoam in my ice cream?!? I bit into something chewy which turned out to be pieces of styrofoam ? HOW did those pieces end up there if they’re just mixing ice cream with candy??! Never again Sonic!

I recently had a fairly large order (family of 4). I made my order on the app & when it arrived, i noticed I was missing a queso. When I told the lady she questioned me & said to check again & if I didn't receive it, push the button & she would bring it. Like I told her, I was missing my $1.99 teny, tiny queso. I pushed the button & waited. It took a while, so I went to the front door. She assured me she would bring it. She dropped it off & hurried away. It wasn't my queso. I once again went to the door & knocked. By this time, I was heated & my food surely was not! I'm not going to say that I was very friendly this 3rd time, but I could have been much worse. I told her this WAS NOT my queso & my food was ALREADY COLD!! As she turned around & went back in, I heard her say, "DON'T BE SMART!" I feel like I should have had them remake the whole thing! If I had, maybe they would have gotten my 2 triple smash burgers correct, which i didn't discover were incorrect until I got home. Now, when they made these burgers, none of the above-mentioned had happened yet. They were NASTY SLOPPY with mustard & ketchup!! And one of them shouldn't of had either of those condiments on it at all. SONIC, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!

Had 2 orders. First one took nearly 15 mins. Then 2nd order, which was made at the same time as the first, took an additional 15 and only arrived because I hit the button and asked what had happened to the order.. Very disappointed.

Even though the one in Smyrna was rather busy, the drive thru lady was very friendly and upbeat. Our order was perfect!!! And they got the line down quickly to boot. Thank you guys for all your hard work... I recommend visiting this one, most definitely!

I went to sonic on enon spring road I ordered the cheddar bites the girl opened the window and ask would you like your change back and I said yes, when I got my order I had ask for two ranch dresses the ranch had been opened and it look like someone had stuck there figure in it worst sonic that there is , I don't think they change there grease this place is awful I've also found hair in my food
