I wait too long to get my order.
And 2 without wrapping
Thy funny One write on it no wrapping.
One didn't write ( it mean with wrapping).

Recently moved to the area and it was my first time here and I would never go back. I spent 45 mins of my morning at this store. I waited in the drive thru to order a coffee and breakfast sandwich and I was driving away to have a frozen middle in my sandwich. Turned around to get it correct and I waiting in the store for another 15 mins to get the sandwich and have the middle be frozen again to then wait in line again just ask for my money back. Horrible experience and will not go back.

I am really disappointed in this store now. I’ve lived here for five years and always enjoyed going to this store to get my coffee. I don’t know what has happened over the last few months, but it’s gone VERY downhill. 20-30 minute wait times for a COFFEE, even using the mobile app. That has happened to me on 3 different occasions now. Horrible customer service. Walk in, no greetings. I say thank you for the coffee, and it’s 50/50 to even get a response. It used to be great here but they’ve got a lot of fixing they need to do. The store on Almaville Rd has very much surpassed this location in my eyes. Sad to see for folks who live close to the Sam Ridley location.

They are not friendly at all. They talk to each other and act like all customers are bothersome. I do see like one poor employee doing the work for everyone. I feel bad for that one person. That person deserves a raise.

The process of getting the drinks I ordered was insane it took an hour and on top of that the one taking our order was extremely rude the whole time, they gave us two extra drinks we never ordered, they blamed it on us on top of that two of the drinks were wrong I had ordered two grande pink drinks with strawberry cold foam they gave us vanilla instead of strawberry. they also charged us for a chocolate cake-pop and when we asked for it they said they were out. Me and my sister were never rude once and they were rude and they were clearly mad. The drink tasted like sweet water absolutely horrible😓
