What a total waste of space

This is the slowest location ever, also some of the employees there are so rude, they make me feel inconvenienced sometimes
I spent over $20 and received two cold grilled cheese sandwiches. What’s frustrating is that Starbucks wasn’t even busy at the time. I don’t recommend.

Dismissive and rude, two times in a row, and it was back to back. I had a promotion in my app that required the store to press the number in, the very dismissive manager, was irritated with me and kept saying, we can just use your points and you can call Corporate and speak with them regarding your coupon not working🤨 That’s I expressed to him, but coupon work he just isn’t putting it in right. After about 22 minutes of sitting in the line, an additional eight minutes in the drive-through window, talking to him about my coupon in my app, he Decided to let me know, if they’ve had updates in their system and that they don’t have the ability to enter in code codes anymore🤦🏻♀️ Then he asked me again that I want to use my points, and I told him no, and instead of him giving me my drink because it was their fault that they couldn’t process my app request, he told me to reach out to Corporate and the number is online, he Tell me to have a Good Night, and then he shut the drive-through window and start working on other people’s orders, SMH These Starbucks are not as pleasant and is welcoming as they used to be, I called the area supervisor and left a voicemail, it’s been four days and she has yet to call me back. Her card is in the store with her information on it, so You would think she would be more prompt with trying to handle issues with her store. I called her in the parking lot left her a voicemail and you know the rest. I usually I’ve had great experiences in the past with this store, but these past four days I visited twice and both times the drive-through employees were horrible. One of the guys was the manager I think his name is Brandon or something, and the other little guy that I seen last night, is even worse,smh Last night, when I went, the guy in the drive-through kept yelling for me to pull my car up so that he could hear me in the microphone, but I kept yelling to him that the cars in front of me wouldn’t allow me to go up any because the drive-through was packed, Once I got up to the Speaker, I told him my order, and he was frustrated with me because it took so long for me to get up to the speaker🤷🏼♀️ Once I got to the window, he gave me my drink Hot when I had requested At the speaker, for it to be iced. When I told him that, he looked at me and said YOU WANTED IT ICE 😳 When I said, yes, he took it out of my hand, and was talking to the people in the store working with him about how I wanted it iced instead of hot in a real aggressive and mad/irritated Voice…. I will never understand why people choose these kind of jobs when they know their personality is not meant to deal with the public. No one told them to fill out these applications for these jobs, so they don’t need to take it out on us because they’re upset at the type of environment they chose to work in.

It’s a drastic drop off from what it used to be as someone who got into fast coffee from Starbucks. Locations are dramatically inconsistent, some have better quality for the same products. Most of the staff seems to hate it there, I just can’t go back.

Great Starbucks! Really loved all the Thanksgiving and Christmas gifts and decor and blends! Would come back if I lived close enough :)

Foods always been what you expect, and staff are usually friendly. But I really wish they didn’t allow smoking on their patio.. I’ve had to move inside several times when people start smoking out there.

Said that they opened at 4:30 am. I wait more than 30 minutes for them to open. In the process of them opening when I got there, there was 2 workers waiting in their cars for another woker to get there and when he did they all went in. So after a few minute I pulled to the drive thru. While I sat there waiting still in line the car in front of me got tired of waiting so I pulled up some. Few more minutes went by the behind me I see a car drive over the curb to get out of the drive thru line then another car did the same thing by then it's 10 minutes after 5 so I finally got tired of waiting and I left and went to Drunken Donut. But all that way crazy, I don't know if the other workers didn't have keys to get in but that might be a thought to give everyone keys.... Um......cause they lost money this morning.

13 people waiting in the lobby.. but clearing the drive through. This is not properly planned.
The staff is friendly when they come to take your order, but they don't inform you that their only method is card until you get to the window after having been in line for more than 15 minutes. It's a waste of time.
this place needs shut down. I've tried multiple times to order here and each time I've waited no less than 30minutes and it wasn't even busy or rush hour. Most people in town go all the way south to the other location and somehow they are slammed all the time, but keep things moving and orders are always correct.

Very disappointed tonight. Walked in to order our drinks, not realizing we would have a 25 minute wait at 6:45pm. Cashier didn't mention a wait time and when our drinks (and hot chocolate and vanilla bean frappichino) were finished, my name was called...again no acknowledgement of the wait time. Order on cup was 6:45pm, we walked out with our order at 7:10pm.
