The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! They refused to fix my order after I asked nicely twice and waited over 20 minutes for a carry out order while they were not busy! Too bad I can’t give them a negative number. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Customer service is poor. They do not greet you when you enter. Not friendly. They don’t say hi. When she gave me my drink, I said thank you and she didn’t say anything back. Not even you are welcome. On top of that, my order was wrong. I asked nicely to get her attention which she ignored. I raised my voice a little bit to get her attention. She finally looked at me. I asked for 3 pumps of white mocha and she put in 5/6. I asked her to remake the drink and was met with an apparent attitude. The actual facility is nice, fairly clean, but unorganized. They didn’t have any green stoppers out. I had to ask for one. Nice decor. This must be a new remodel. They don’t have a display case which I despise. Food is normal, what you would typically get at Starbucks. Drink tasted good. Not impressed overall.

Parking: When parking expect to walk a little bit if busy. Parking is limited near the entrance.

This was the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. With the rudest staff.
“Joe” which was a girl, not a boy was stocking straws and acted like I didn’t exist at the OPEN drive thru window with my drink sitting there at the window.

I could see and hear everything. There was zero communication. She could have simply said “I’ll be right with you or give me just a minute.”

Then she started taking an order, still ignoring me and couldn’t hand me my mobile order drink while she walked in circles chatting to the drive thru customer about different sugar options.

And when I waved at her so she could simply hand me my cup, she rolled her eyes like I was bothering her. And slammed the window shut.

I won’t waste my time and money at this location.

Waited over 30 mins for 1 drink that takes 5 seconds to make. I’ve never been to a starbucks that took this long. I understand being understaffed, as I have worked in the service industry, but when your manager is hiding in the back instead of helping his staff, there’s no excuse. The drive through was all the way out to the street and there were about 4-5 people in front of us who I could tell were waiting there even longer than we had. I watched 3-4 people walk in and walk back out without ordering because they weren’t greeted for at least 10 minutes. Also, when we walked in the first thing I noticed was how dirty everything was. There was trash all over the floor in the back, drink spillage all over the counters, and nobody seemed to care about cleaning it up. The drink ended up not even being that good. I never leave reviews but this one deserved it.

I'm writing to express serious concern about a recurring issue with my orders from this location. I have a severe egg allergy—it can cause my throat to close and prevent me from breathing. This is the second time this has happened.
The first incident involved a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich (ordered online with no egg). It arrived with egg, but the staff was polite and remade it correctly when I brought it to their attention.
Today, I ordered online again, specifically requesting no egg on what should have been just an sausage and cheese sandwich. It arrived with egg only.
While the coffee has always been good, the food preparation is clearly a problem. My life-threatening allergy is being disregarded, even with online orders where the "no egg" request is clearly stated. This needs to be addressed immediately to prevent future, potentially dangerous incidents.

Little girl in the drive thru with her “Godspeed” neck tattoo has no personality or customer service skills. What a way to start a Monday lol. Sat in drive thru over 10 mins. This location used to be great. Definitely remember why I stopped coming.

This location can be a mixed bag. There has only been a couple of times that I had a decent experience. More often than not though, the drive thru wait time is well over 20 minutes, quality is inconsistent and the customer service is subpar. Today I ordered a vanilla danish tasted oniony at bottom. I guess they might have used the same plate to warm my item that they did a sandwich. Whatever the case its very disappointing especially having waited so long. Nothing about my experiences makes me want to continue to come back in fact it does the opposite.

I ordered two travelers and I had to ask for cups and I was told “our manager said you cannot have lids”. I have been ordering travelers once a month for two years as I travel for work and this is the first time I had to ask for cups and was denied lids. UNSAT. I will NEVER come to this Starbucks again. Check your reviews….poor reviews seem to be a common theme here.
