I put in a mobile order and get the time it says to pick it up, still not ready over an hour later. I’m mad at this point they should be understanding why I’m mad I was more than fair. I didn’t get no apologies instead they were rude. The least they can do is turn off mobile orders, they said they can’t turn it off. I’ve seen them turn it off before so don’t lie to me. I called corporate to report the issue. I doubt anything will be done I just want to be done with this greedy company.

Very Disappointing Experience

I placed an order for food and a drink and waited over 40 minutes, but my order never came out. When I finally asked about it, I learned it was never even started.

I approached the manager to find out what happened, and instead of an apology or any effort to make it right, I was met with a very rude and dismissive response — the only thing I was told was “OK.” No responsibility taken, no apology.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management improves how they treat customers in the future. Terrible service!!!!!!

I can't complain about the service, but it's noticeable that they aren't very friendly to Hispanics; the manager looked at me as if I was going to steal something.

Very slow they told me it will be 20 minutes and it’s have been one hour and it’s not ready I have to leave you got my money and I didn’t got any thing and everybody was so unhappy

Honestly, if I could give them zero stars, I would this is the Third time I’ve gotten drinks from this location and it’s more than 70 to 80% ice.if you ask for no ice Are they only fill up a quarter of a cup

Honestly, I really don’t want to go to Starbucks anymore, there’s some other great coffee shop better than Starbucks. I have been going to. but I will try to give Starbucks another chance so here it is my Venti, ribbon crunch. Frappuccino looks liquidy water. Not like it used to be anymore.

When I order a venti and my cup is 2/3 ice! Not worth paying that much for a drink to just get ice!

I'm curious to know how long they will continue to employ idiots at Starbucks. I'm really sorry, but I can't find any other way to do this. When I ask for something, they give me something completely different and try to convince me that this is what I asked for.

The new decorations kinda stink. They made all of the furniture uncomfortable now, so it's not a sit and chill coffee place like it used to be. It's a bit unwelcoming. They always get my name wrong when I go in, or not call it at all. The drive thru is absolutely horrendous, and I wish that was what was updated instead of the indoors.
The baristas are really nice, they make good recommendations, it smells great in there.
Their chocolate chip brownies are delicious.
