Uber or doordash avoid this place? I literally witnessed and even canceled my order of pick up because I sat there waiting for over 15 minutes. I noticed the drinks were just sitting there. Not being packaged, saying we'll get to it when we can. When they took other orders and were too busy and concerned on the drive-through, I guess as being an Uber or doordasher, we have to wait longer than people that just walk in.
We're doing a job just like you... The longer you make us wait. We lose out, and people get mad at us. Because their product is late! DO BETTER Starbucks!!!!

Good service always but if my bill 30$ ND I get told you don't take 100$ bills when it's 2025 100$ not shit ,do better and have change this america take cash ! It's real simple !

Worst experience at Starbucks I have ever had! I placed my order in the drive through, venti iced caramel macchiato upside down. The order was repeated back as stated and I said yes. The young man at the window, who appeared to be Asian, started to hand me the incorrect order. (No nametag) I stopped him and stated the correct order. He immediately spouted off “when I repeated the order you said yeah”. Perhaps you should give me the correct drink then. I sat there for several minutes and then was given the drink by the same guy, without a word. I’m not sure why I’m to blame?

2/12/15 12:30pm Worst customer service experience. Drove by to pick up my favorite as usual ALL the staff prior to this incident is the best and this location is my favorite however they had an older lady on headset today which has trouble hearing along with rainy day and was just not able to hear my order after saying what I needed 3THREE times I said my order louder since she said she couldn’t here me which proceeded to getting my order not only cold(croissant) and a bad coffee but having a passive aggressive lady tell me not to raise my voice to her barista since she lacks of hearing. I don’t understand if you tell me not ONCE not TWICE but THREE TIMES you can’t hear me how is it you get offended if I say my order louder the 3rd time you ask me. Didn’t want to say this there but here I want to say if you KNOW you have an older lady doing headset and it’s raining maybe don’t put a person who has a hard time hearing. Not only was my croissant cold and made a bad coffee on purpose but you don’t get mad at customers if you can’t hear them over the headset on a rainy day then proceed to be passive aggressive at the window. I’ve been loyal to Starbucks for YEARS but if this service is what it’s going to be now with everything going on lately then maybe corporate doesn’t care to loose a loyal customer consuming more than $10 daily.

Horrible service! A empty bag? Really? Typically you’d ask the door dasher if the customer would want something else similar,, not an empty bag.

Service here is excellent. Everyone is so professional, kind and friendly. Sometimes they are out of food items I want to order which is why 4 stars vs 5.

Smyrna TN exit 66 this is what we were told "Anything other than hot brew wait time 25 plus minutes". We ask if they were cleaning she said it was the regular waiting time for a drink, inside of this place 3 people waiting for their drink outside may be 6 cars. The new CEO needs to take a drive to this place pronto super ridiculous not to mention they were well staffed.

Sooooo much faster than Sam Ridley & the team here is SO much nicer. Sam Ridley Starbucks is closer to me, but I choose to drive out of my way just to avoid the terrible location on Sam Ridley. Sam Ridley takes forever, they’re rude & take 45-50 minutes to make your coffee daily. You have no idea how much this location outshines the others!

September 28,2024 Saturday between 5:30pm We stop by to this location,one lady curly hair,She makes our coffee,We ask her if she can make a new one because one of our drink was wrong….But feels like she started to get mad and being mean and keep banging the cover of the ice machine……

I was just at the starbucks here at lee victory. I had ordered ahead in the app. And seriously you guys need to do better. We waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Then when we got to the window to get our stuff they didnt even know what we had ordered! And we had to wait another 10 minutes! SERIOUSLY! DO BETTER!

Order small capuchin and I’ve got empty cup, there is nothing inside but milk foam. Never buy coffee in
