Honestly, if I could give them zero stars, I would this is the Third time I’ve gotten drinks from this location and it’s more than 70 to 80% ice.if you ask for no ice Are they only fill up a quarter of a cup

Honestly, I really don’t want to go to Starbucks anymore, there’s some other great coffee shop better than Starbucks. I have been going to. but I will try to give Starbucks another chance so here it is my Venti, ribbon crunch. Frappuccino looks liquidy water. Not like it used to be anymore.

When I order a venti and my cup is 2/3 ice! Not worth paying that much for a drink to just get ice!

I'm curious to know how long they will continue to employ idiots at Starbucks. I'm really sorry, but I can't find any other way to do this. When I ask for something, they give me something completely different and try to convince me that this is what I asked for.

The new decorations kinda stink. They made all of the furniture uncomfortable now, so it's not a sit and chill coffee place like it used to be. It's a bit unwelcoming. They always get my name wrong when I go in, or not call it at all. The drive thru is absolutely horrendous, and I wish that was what was updated instead of the indoors.
The baristas are really nice, they make good recommendations, it smells great in there.
Their chocolate chip brownies are delicious.

Drive through was quick, and my exact order was taken with patience and correct upon receipt.

Uber or doordash avoid this place? I literally witnessed and even canceled my order of pick up because I sat there waiting for over 15 minutes. I noticed the drinks were just sitting there. Not being packaged, saying we'll get to it when we can. When they took other orders and were too busy and concerned on the drive-through, I guess as being an Uber or doordasher, we have to wait longer than people that just walk in.
We're doing a job just like you... The longer you make us wait. We lose out, and people get mad at us. Because their product is late! DO BETTER Starbucks!!!!

Worst experience at Starbucks I have ever had! I placed my order in the drive through, venti iced caramel macchiato upside down. The order was repeated back as stated and I said yes. The young man at the window, who appeared to be Asian, started to hand me the incorrect order. (No nametag) I stopped him and stated the correct order. He immediately spouted off “when I repeated the order you said yeah”. Perhaps you should give me the correct drink then. I sat there for several minutes and then was given the drink by the same guy, without a word. I’m not sure why I’m to blame?

Dang good Americano! Great conversation with the staff too. Highly recommended Starbucks in the area.
