They have closed all of our stores at home. It was great to find one. The food was fresh and hot. I asked for extra crispy fries and they were more than happy to fix them. The shakes were as good as we remembered. And it was happy hour on the shakes!!!

The food was great and fresh,but the cashier was so strange when I came back to order more food.He said what do you want,like he was so disgusted with me.. I'm giving you $$ to treat me like I'm nothing..
The tallow fries were great. The drink or the ice tasted dirty - I ordered a sprite and it tasted like the ice was dirty water or something. I couldn’t drink it.

Just a great fresh hamburger that can be customized maybe different ways. French fries are advertised to be fine with beef tallow and are very good. I didn't prefer the thinner fries that they have, but flavor wise they are great. Service at this location was very friendly and accommodating.

Food is fast food here, steak n shake is definitely not a old school diner anymore.
Inside is bland and lifeless looking. Kiosks is how food is ordered. Food order is yelled out and then left on the counter. Experience is like any other fast food place.
Always check the bathrooms for tp before using them, because the employees definitely don't make sure the bathrooms are stocked.
