I want to share that at every subway location, the vegetables are frozen to the bin that they are stored in. Subway does not keep vegetables toppings fresh, they are frost bitten . Subway sucks . Nothing is fresh at all at anytime . Zero stars. I think and recommend that all the stores need to go through a revamp on storing fresh veggies. I have seen that all stores in smyrna ,,,do not care about quality of food and ownership does not seem to care about keeping food up to par. How do they pass food inspections? I used to work st a sub place when I was 16 . The sub place I worked at was mirrored exactly like a subway. Our vegetables never were frozen to the plastics storage containers like they are at EVERY DANG SUBWAY IN SMYRNA. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?Vegetarian options: Veggie patty is ok

PLEASE READ around 4 and a half months back, i was working at subway when i faced a tough situation. my uncle had been in a serious car accident, and i had to call out for an emergency. even though i informed my managers with just an hour or two's notice, they still wanted me to come in. family always comes first for me, so i chose to be with my uncle instead of going to work. the next day, i noticed i wasn't on the schedule, and a coworker told me i had been taken off. when i reached out to the managers for clarification, they said i was being let go for calling out too much. this was surprising to me, as i had always made an effort to inform them about my absences, especially during family emergencies. during my time at subway, i faced challenges beyond personal emergencies. the workplace often lacked cleanliness, leading to a poor inspection rating due to expired ingredients being used. this experience highlighted the lack of professionalism and oversight in the management, leaving me with a negative impression of my time there. my experience at subway was marked by unprofessional behavior and a disregard for employee well-being. despite my attempts to communicate effectively and handle difficult situations, i was let go under questionable circumstances. this experience has emphasized the importance of integrity in the workplace and respect for employees' personal situations.

Ordered a #10 with only lettuce tomato pickle provolone cheese and honey mustard…toasted in flatbread. I got my food and the break was all broken apart the sandwich felt very light and not full. Bacon was not cooked enough. It looked like it something soggy and wet had sat in it for a few hours. Toooooo much lettuce than normal. Sandwich was mostly lettuce. Cheese looked like it was processed instead of the slices they have at the store. Barely toasted. Overall nasty. I couldn’t finish eat so I threw it away. Never again. I want something done about this. I’ve never received terrible service from this place. This is sad.

The reason why for the 4 star is because I did my order at the drive thru and the girls who did my order did not even read it right or was to lazy to even read it. The gentleman that was there was very nice and professional I don't know if he is the Manger. So I came home the whole order was wrong and my mom sandwich was all wrong and my sandwich was cold and not toasted. So I went back to the store for them to get my sandwiches was so pass off and the other girl too and that does not look good for subway company and she was doing gesture and huffing and puffing and I just don't think they should be doing that both girls I hop she was not the manager because that's very sad to have a person like that in your company. And like I always say if you don't want to work then don't work at all we are not at fault for the situation they are going through in life. And the way she spoke to him was very wrong because if I was to be the Manger there I would have a talk with those girls and be little more professional and the guy there was very helpful and so nice that he said ok no worries I apologize and we will redo the subs. And he was more professional then those two girls working there and I did my order on this day January 13,2024 at 6:51pm and came back for them to redo it at around 7:30pm. I'm sorry for that guy honestly ? because those girls are not professional.

. I'm only giving this a one star because zero is not an option we ordered two footlong Subs through the drive-thru we got home to discover my wife's sandwich had no meat or cheese she didn't order a vegetarian sandwich so we go back up there and after an hour of our waste of time the three teenagers in there only offered to remake the sandwich and not compensate us for our time lost or the fact that they ruined our night only to get back home and my sandwich completely fell apart everything fell out there were toppings coming through the paper I had toppings mayonnaise mustard everything all over my clothes I called back up there to speak to a manager and guess what there's no manager on site imagine that I just had to throw my sandwich away and clean myself up and I call up there to find out there's not even a manager on the site just the three idiot teenagers who were anything but helpful I will be back there and I advise you to go there at your own risk whoever the manager is of the store you should be ashamed of yourself that you left your store in the hands of these three completely incompetent idiots who do not care at all
