One of the best Taco Bells in Smyrna. Food for 3, was 23$, and it was money well spent. Bathroom was clean, tables were clean, but we had to use the kiosk, but I was able to get my normal meal tho. Nacho cheese was good, Doritos locos taco was a lil stale but nothing bad. Pretty good food honestly.

Best Taco Bell in Smyrna. Extremely helpful and not dismissive when I explained I needed to order at the counter because of special prep. My son is autistic and has ARFID, which means he only eats certain foods. Taco Bell is a safe place for him to eat, but his food requires special prep that can’t be done on the kiosk. We tried to order for him at the other Taco Bell in town, on Sam Ridley. They were rude, refused to help just repeating over and over we needed to use the kiosk to order. Even when we tried to explain our order was special prep that couldn’t be done at the kiosk. It shouldn’t be so hard to get an employee to help and understand. Luckily one employee here was willing to listen because when we first walked in and saw the sign that said we had to use kiosk to order, my son turned around to leave. He now equates those signs to problems. I don’t know if these are franchise or corporate locations, but whoever is pushing kiosk only orders needs to get real.

If I could do half scores, I'd give them a 3.5. I've eaten lunch at this Taco Bell location a couple times with my gf. The food itself has been good; however, the service if you order with the app tends to be a bit slow, and the drinks aren't the best. It's usually really quiet and clean inside, so it's a nice place to enjoy lunch over some of the louder, busier locations. I'll likely visit the location again for the atmosphere. A side note: the Frank's RedHot Diablo Crispy Chicken Soft Taco is amazing, so I'd definitely recommend trying it if you visit here.

Rude, Cold Food Bad Overall Service Came to get a DoorDash order and the lady at the drive thru was rude and the order wasn’t right even after the delay of service.

They had an attitude and rude to me. I ordered a 2nd cup of nacho cheese. I didn't get it and when I asked for it, they rolled their eyes and one woman said, I'm only giving her 2 pumps of cheese which was barely half the little cup at .55 extra. Shouldn't matter when you pay for something and I wasn't rude when I asked about it.

I understand people get things wrong but we spent $80 to wait more than 35 minutes for them to fix our stuff it was only 3 things they got wrong. Mind you we ordered online and then took a 10 minute drive. One car in the drive thru and 2 people in front of us inside. Thank you tbell for owe cold food!!!!!

One time in the drive thru, someone in the back was making karate noises while, presumably, cutting my chicken quesadilla. I think this should be mandatory moving forward. The freeze machine is always dethawing when I go, which isn't cool, but it's after dinner rush so I get it.

As soon as we walked in one of the works in the back said “ Oh look the Indians are here” very loudly. This was very rude and I would not recommended going back there. Pretty sure the workers name was Deacon.
I ordered and it took over 30 minutes to come out, I paid for extras in my food and it was wrong and they stated it didn’t come up on screen, i do not recommend the Taco Bell on south Lowry, go to the one on Nissan if you want your food right
