They had an attitude and rude to me. I ordered a 2nd cup of nacho cheese. I didn't get it and when I asked for it, they rolled their eyes and one woman said, I'm only giving her 2 pumps of cheese which was barely half the little cup at .55 extra. Shouldn't matter when you pay for something and I wasn't rude when I asked about it.

I understand people get things wrong but we spent $80 to wait more than 35 minutes for them to fix our stuff it was only 3 things they got wrong. Mind you we ordered online and then took a 10 minute drive. One car in the drive thru and 2 people in front of us inside. Thank you tbell for owe cold food!!!!!

One time in the drive thru, someone in the back was making karate noises while, presumably, cutting my chicken quesadilla. I think this should be mandatory moving forward. The freeze machine is always dethawing when I go, which isn't cool, but it's after dinner rush so I get it.

As soon as we walked in one of the works in the back said “ Oh look the Indians are here” very loudly. This was very rude and I would not recommended going back there. Pretty sure the workers name was Deacon.
I ordered and it took over 30 minutes to come out, I paid for extras in my food and it was wrong and they stated it didn’t come up on screen, i do not recommend the Taco Bell on south Lowry, go to the one on Nissan if you want your food right

This location needs a corporate vist ASAP The employees at this location have no ambition or good working skills everyone looked drugged out. This used to be a really good spot a few months ago . I placed an mobile order had to wait over 45 mins while a manager & another employee went outside to work on a car . My food was cold , made wrong and missed over 4 items. The next day another manager remade my order and did show compassion but the order was still wrong & 5 other customers came inside with wrong orders some being what I was missing. Avoid this location & go to the one on Nissan

I had ordered 2 Beefy 5 layer burrito. Replaced the beef with steak and added nacho fries, and pico. Tell me why I had no cheese, no sour cream, and why the beans were my cheese supposed to be. For how expensive Taco Bell has gotten why am I not getting the right food? Especially with how dead it is inside
