So this past weekend I pulled into the drive thru at this location at 6:03am, 3 minutes after they open. Nobody said anything to me for 8 minutes. Several other cars behind me just left because they weren’t answering the intercom at all. At 6:11 a girl finally said that their machines weren’t ready yet and it would be a few minutes, and asked me to pull back around into the drive thru so she could tell the other car behind me. So I pulled back around. At 6:20 I politely asked if the machines were ready and they said no not yet. I said okay no problem I can wait. I was being VERY polite and nice. Then a different girl (the Hispanic girl with short hair that is apparently the manager in the morning) spoke for the first time and said VERY RUDELY “you can’t just sit there in the drive thru.” I was a bit surprised because I had been very kind and patient. I said “what would you like me to do?” The same rude girl replied “you can wait in the parking lot but you can’t just sit in the drive thru.” I said “okay sorry.” And pulled around to wait in the parking lot. At 6:30am I pulled back into the drive thru and they said they were ready….30 minutes after they open. Then I politely asked for a discount because I had to wait for 30 minutes. The same incredibly rude Hispanic girl with the short hair (apparently the manager) said “No I can’t just go giving away food.” I said very politely “Well I had to wait for 30 minutes so I was hoping for a discount.” The rude girl said “mistakes happen, our machines weren’t ready. Stuff happens, it’s not our fault. I can’t give away food.” Finally we settled on a $1ish discount. The Hispanic girl with short hair should not be in management. She is unprofessional and extremely rude to customers. She also apparently cannot do her ONE JOB of having the store opened and ready on time. I’ve worked in fast food management before, I know how it is, and there is NO EXCUSE for her extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. I have it on recording. If you cannot do the one simple task of having the restaurant ready on time, then don’t work there. It’s simple. I want my money back.

Order through the app and never received my food it was said that someone stole it then went up there today to try the new street tacos the bread was not cooked still dough like and there was barley sauce and meat on it 3 pieces of onion… like did it slip off ? My gosh !

I only ever visit here on the afternoon shift. My food is correctly made and good most of the time. I just want to say to the employees, slow down and make sure to take pride in what you send out. The drive thru timer is not as important as your boss makes it out to be. If you do a good job consistently and improve the reviews of your store, your boss will be much happier than if his numbers are better than the store a block over. P.s. put a dagum fork in the bag

I asked for double meat double cheese Nachos supreme... that didn't happen even though I paid for it.
Ask for no lettuce and no tomato on my taco, they did it anyways. Why am I spending $50 for convenience? When I feel like you overcharge me and then you don't even give me a receipt... What happened to if I don't get a receipt, my meals for free. Oh that was in the 90's!!! when you conveniently didn't give me anything that I asked for. And then you try to rush me through the drive-through line while I'm trying to check my bags Which is quite rude. 🤔 This is why,
I tell everyone, i don't go to taco 🔔 bell.

I visit this store all the time or at least used to. I ordered a loaded beef nachos and they barely put any meat on the nachos. Not very loaded if you ask me. I politely approached staff and asked if they could add more meat to the nachos and she profusely argued with me that a manager made it and that I was seeing a full scoop of meat when it was blatantly obvious that there was a mere sprinkling of meat on the nachos. I have dealt with the area manager for this location in the past and would appreciate if he would reach out to me ASAP.

If I could give 0 stars I would me and my father inlaw got food poisoning from eating here November 2nd and have been throwing up ever since . Will not eat here again . Do not eat the lux box they have or the cantina chicken bowl
