Left out food, horribly packed my food so my tacos were crushed and toppings spilled out, I requested no cheese on Doritos tacos and they put cheese. $34 waisted. Picture added is my caliente taco.

I really do not know what is wrong with this Taco Bell. Almost every time we order from here, it’s messed up. It can even be something simple and somehow they mess it up.

Today we had a messed up order and went inside to see all of the staff chasing eachother around the store toward the bathroom.

We said our order was wrong and to have it remade and they all went back in to do it. Afterward, they continued back into the bathroom and our order was still wrong.

I’d leave no review if this was a one time thing but this is every single visit. Management needs to get their shit together respectfully. This is the only Taco Bell in the area that has these problems and it’s depressing considering the other stores in the area do so much better.

Went to drive through at 1:20 am. Google says they are open until 3 am. They answer the speaker asking if we where using the mobile app. When I told her no, she said they were closed. Very poor service if I could rate zero stars I would.

I unfortunately have to review my rating. My experience with Natalie S was atrocious. Not only was she rude and my feel terrible for coming this spot, she made obscene comments about the amount of food and my friend (also for others at house but that’s none of her business) but also made a comment about our looks/size. I am absolutely floored at the service I received.

It took 15 minutes to get the food. Get home and the food is cold, we got shorted our chips and nacho cheese. We keep giving them chances but I am done with the Taco Bell on Almaville Rd in Smyrna.

Horrible. Good was mediocre at best. The cinnamon twist were nasty and bitter. Couldn't even eat.
Order was wrong. Restaurant was nasty. Advertisements were out of date. Won't go back.

I stopped in on my way to work, I was the ONLY customer in the inside. As i watched the people that pulled away in drive through for about 20 minutes (some after I ordered) I still had no food. I had to ask for my money back before I got acknowledge.. Then one young lady tried to tell me I was still going to have to wait cause they had a rush going. I said no . I have to go to work now. It took the manager ( Thank goodness she paid attention) for them to get my food out. I want be back , especially if I’m in a hurry…

If I could give no stars - I would. We always have problems with this Taco Bell, in some fashion. Tonight- it was the fact that I had to repeat my order about 5 times on the speaker, and then when I pull up to the window- while a gust of weed aroma filled my nostrils was asked by the employee “what’d you order again?” Then he proceeds to give me a bag- probably had no clue what was in it.
I checked the bag- and let him know I was missing the chicken nuggets. He asked me twice if I was sure there was no nuggets. Yes.
I finally got my nuggets, but when we got home we realized no fries, missing 2 soft tacos, and a taco we didn’t even order dumped out of the wrapping. Got lettuce all over my car.

None of this order was right.

Thanks Reggie, for your horrible service and being so high that you can’t even serve your customers correctly.

This store needs a major revamp.

I have never run a restaurant; however, it seems to me if you have items grouped together as part of a combo meal (or let’s call it a Bell Bundle) … If you are missing one of those items, you should tell the customer immediately after them ordering it (instead of at the window AFTER they have paid) or at the very least, deduct the price of the missing item from the receipt total.

But that’s just me.
