This Almaville road location is horrible. They refuse to take ur order. Only option u have is the kiosk. Waiting on my order elderly couple came in and left because they wouldn't take their order. Wth They have the register covered with a box.

This taco bell in specific always gets are orders wrong. These tacos taste so bad my dog will not even eat them. And every time I order a quesadilla with NO jalapeño sauce they give me a quesadilla with jalapeño sauce when i say NO jalapeño sauce

Only come here if you want to be pissed well before you Baja Blast your toilet. The employees here are high as a kite, messed up both of our orders, and no one in the restaurant seemed to care, including the manager. We were the only ones here, obviously struggling with the stupid touch screen ordering while the employee was playing on his phone right behind us.. the manager walked by and didn't say anything. We had to walk up to the counter, wait to get anyone's attention, and ask to order at the counter. The whole process literally took over 20 mins and the guy smelled like weed.. made the whole thing wrong, had to trash it and remake it and it was cold. No customer service at all. No give a damn. Just more lazy employees who dont want to work, like everywhere nowadays. The employees and manager here are horrible, the food is overpriced and terrible. Avoid at all costs!

It is Taco Bell. A fairly decent Taco Bell but still just Taco bell. Food was ok and priced affordable.

I did an online breakfast order at 10 AM on Saturday, I showed up in the drive-through and there was somebody in front of me trying to order who then clearly got frustrated and left. I went up to the speaker and attempted to order, but nobody would answer. I then looked up the number to the store and called and somebody answered. I told her that I had an online order that I already paid for and I was here to pick it up. She told me that they are not open and they won’t be opening until noon so I need to come back then to get my food. I told her it was a breakfast order that was already paid for, and then she said please come back tomorrow and we will make it for you. I had to leave work and drive 15 minutes to get here and now I’m out my money and I don’t have any food. This is not the first time I have driven by this location when they were supposed to be open and nobody was there. Seeing as there were at least two employees in the store you would think at minimum they would put a sign on the drive-through that said not open. As I left, I noticed about six people waiting in line in the drive-through. Not great.

I have had numerous orders messed up here with the hope it was a fluke. It really says a lot when you're asked to park at the front after going through the drive-thru and having your order messed up such as a luke Warm Cinnabon iced coffee that has no creme or ice in it. I feel as if the employees hate their jobs and take it out on the customers.
