I had a deeply disappointing experience at the Taco Bell location at 561 Same Ridly on May 31 around 6:30 PM.
I placed an online order and went in to pick it up, but the staff refused to give me my prepaid order. They assumed I was part of a group of kids they had kicked out earlier — even though I was not with them and had no association with them at all.
What’s most upsetting is that it seems this assumption was made solely based on how I look, which raises serious concerns about discrimination and racial bias. No one should be denied service they’ve already paid for because of an unfair assumption.
I have contacted Taco Bell corporate and am waiting for a resolution, but I wanted to share this experience so others are aware. I hope the store takes steps to train their staff better and prevent this kind of unfair treatment in the future.

Went in today around 4:40 to redeem the Nashville advertisement for free chalupa for the Nashville soccer promotion. At least 8 people were working standing around not doing anything and we stood at the counter for ten minutes before we were even acknowledged. We didn’t want to place the order on the kiosk. The person at the main register said that he was unable to come to the kiosk to help us but rang in the order for the person behind us at the register when they refused the same for us. They proceeded to tell us that the free chalupa was only one per order even though I pulled up the website where it clearly states that it is one per person and showed it to the manager who was Hispanic with blue hair. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for her name she refused and ignored us while we were speaking. The original guy from the register refused to give me her name as well and said that he didn’t know. We were treated so poorly that we will never go back to that location. I will be reaching out to corporate to report this matter because I as well work in the food industry and this is absolutely unacceptable. They ALL need to be fired with the way we were treated.

I just went after work and they greeted me normally and i was told to hold on so I did but that turned into me sitting there for 20 minutes while seeing the workers standing inside looking at me talking and laughing. I just feel in the fast food industry you have to be able to handle the struggles it comes with and if you can’t even take a order or play around instead of doing your job then maybe it’s not the best fit for you. I was never spoken to after that and eventually had to pull off and leave regardless of their hours saying they were open.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever!! Dirty, lazy unfriendly employees. They are rude, never say Thank You! Always have to ask for drink cup. I will not go back ther!! They need to shut it down!

I eat here 1-2x a month for a quick lunch while running errands. Always good, fast service and a good job making the food. The value menu is where it's at, imho.

These people did not want to work. I ordered a power bowl and it was half empty???? I asked for double sour cream and didn’t even get half. These people are so lazy and like 0 customer service. Didn’t even get to enjoy the food and my siblings weren’t very happy with their order. Specially for my brother who got a grilled cheese burrito and found spicy Fritos in them??? Are the spicy Fritos supposed to be in the burrito??? Fix ur workers Taco Bell
