I ordered thru the drive thru for 1 person and was told I had to get out of line, park, and order online to get food through the drive thru. I tried but website had temporary problems. I went inside and there was a sigh that said I had to use the kiosk to order food. I struggled with it for a couple minutes and gave up

Ordered nachos and the chips were stale and the cheese was old and smelly, I couldn’t eat this and I’m disappointed on this just because I never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell and this time it was unpleasant..

Have not had any issues with this location of late. Portion size is good and staff is friendly. One thing I would mention is that it is very quiet in there. I don't see anyone dining in. Or I should say that I have hardly seen anyone.
Orher than that its all good.

This store serves good food when they don't make any mistakes. The store itself isn't very clean and expect to have missing items if you order miltipacks. Today we get 11 cinnabites instead of the 12 pack we ordered. Service is also very slow regularly.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! RUN!!! THEY WERE SO LAZY THAT THEY LOCKED THE DOORS AT 9:51 PM AND WOULD NOT LET US IN TO EAT ON MOTORCYCLE. THIS IS LIKE THE 4TH TIME AT THIS LOCATION THAT I HAVE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. LAZY AND LAZY AND LAZY IS ALL I CAN SAY PLUS THEY ARE VERY SLOPPY HERE

I had a deeply disappointing experience at the Taco Bell location at 561 Same Ridly on May 31 around 6:30 PM.

I placed an online order and went in to pick it up, but the staff refused to give me my prepaid order. They assumed I was part of a group of kids they had kicked out earlier — even though I was not with them and had no association with them at all.

What’s most upsetting is that it seems this assumption was made solely based on how I look, which raises serious concerns about discrimination and racial bias. No one should be denied service they’ve already paid for because of an unfair assumption.

I have contacted Taco Bell corporate and am waiting for a resolution, but I wanted to share this experience so others are aware. I hope the store takes steps to train their staff better and prevent this kind of unfair treatment in the future.
