Why are you asking for a tip at a take out window ?! Charge 15% tip on $24 order for take out! $4 for handing me my food is trash . The woman shoved the card reader in my face, I couldn't even read it because she held it so high. She was not courteous or nice. Ambiance is the Highway and train and a sliver of dining space by a mechanic shop. Want come back . The food was not very flavorful , taco shell was thick and hard to bite into. The sauce was hot but not flavorful. I have definitely had much better Mexican food and service else where.

I have been going to taco station for over 2 years. Since we moved to the Smyrna area. We always loved and enjoyed their food. It is close and great price. However in the last couple months the quality of the food has fell severely.On one occasion I even witnessed the employees toking reefer before taking my order.The quality has changed so much so that we have decided we aren’t going to continue dining at our once favorite spot in Smyrna.Hopefully management steps in a brings this place back to the way it was.
the old lady supervisor yesterday morning sent home a worker named corey and immediately started bad mouthing him and the worker she called in to replace him so badly i felt too awkward to correct them when they got half my order wrong, i had to get out of there asap

There are dozens of better fast food restaurants in town, such as McDonald's, Sonic, Krystal, Burger King, etc, etc. This Wendy's employs extremely rude staff who hang up on you, ignore your calls, lie to you when they finally answer, scream over you, and name call. Now I remember why I haven't eaten here in roughly 18 months. You've just permanently lost several customers thanks to Chrissy, including family and friends who are fed up with this.
